In many previous reviews, we noted a friendly male salesman (Alexander, in my opinion, is his name). I also liked him very much - he always kindly tells and shows the products.
I went to the store today, but there was an unknown aunt there. She was on the phone. I waited a bit, she finished talking and listened to me. After that, she began to mimic my words, "somewhere, something," without hiding her irritation, showing with all her appearance that she was not happy with me, and I only needlessly distracted her from a pleasant conversation on the phone.
At the same time, she said that she is the owner of this store (yeah, well, how so ???)
From the disrespect shown, to put it mildly (I'm not talking about sensitivity at all, such a word is probably not familiar to her yet), my jaw dropped, and I just left.
Let him keep talking on the phone.

A polite salesperson. Good chemistry, can not be compared with the same brand, which is sold at Wildberris and hardware stores. I took dishwashing detergent (suitable for children's 5L) and liquid powder for children's underwear. The wife is happy.
