"The charge is the same, there is no bill," they did not change it. And I'm in a hurry, because they didn't call, and they started later because I had to look for them.
Well, okay, the screen was changed - OK.
After 3 hours, they start frantically calling and writing, insisting that they changed the accum, but, you see, I did not pay. Since I already had an opinion about them as not the most obligatory and collected workers, I suggested that I would soon go outside in the cold, I was ready to pay the bill if I saw that the battery had been changed (and in my case it would be quickly noticeable). And then the girl starts belittling me, accusing me of dishonesty and so on.
Class: you are sloppies and freaks, and I am dishonest. The collective farmers are habalistic.
I paid the additional bill only after making sure that it does not sit down, which means that the accum was changed.
But the level of communication is just terrible. They did not apologize for their shoals and inconveniences, nor did they offer discounts for the future, and they blame their miscalculations on the client. Hillbillies.
