Contrary to expectations, after numerous reviews, my experience of visiting this institution is positive. I was in April. It passed quickly, without any problems. It takes 40 minutes from the entrance to the exit. The documents were accepted without unnecessary questions and comments. They didn't impose their own photo service, they accepted mine, but they asked how long I had been photographed. I replied that an hour ago) by the way, you will still be photographed during fingerprinting. Your photo is for the application form only. SMS and courier (a total of around 35p) are enabled by default by these merchants without even asking. Although you can sort of give up both. For example, when I was there, people came to pick up my passport personally at the VC (but the time of issue is extremely inconvenient, is it a coincidence?). I'm taking the star off for the lack of a terminal. It's terribly inconvenient, people are constantly running around looking for an ATM. But there was no terminal, no, and probably never will be. Which is very suspicious with such traffic and money turnover...

I faced unexpected difficulties last year. It turns out that in order to get to the reception of documents at the Visa Application Center by appointment, you need to make an appointment in Moscow in advance, and I live in Omsk. When you go to a given phone number, the robot answers and it is absolutely impossible to reach a specialist.
If you walk by e-mail, you can move like a black hole in one direction.
Why is this Visa Application Center so unnerving and poorly organized? Very difficult memories.
If we had worked like this at school (me, the teacher), I would have been fired a long time ago.

I have a positive impression. I arrived 10 minutes before the recording - they wouldn't let me in, but when I came in, after 2 minutes I was invited to the window. They left with their son after 45 minutes (checking two sets of documents, payment, photos and fingerprints of two). They didn't impose anything, according to the documents I had two joints, one was fixed for free, the second made the missing copies (I forgot to make them) - with payment.
