Green's guide. Please sort out the quality in the confectionery department. Napoleon bought the cake all the time - but now the cream has become sour and there is very very little cream. They used to make a super cake. Yesterday we ordered the Count's ruins Cake in delivery - we brought one biscuit dry and chocolate on top. You eat like a loaf. And there were spoiled rotten walnuts with a taste of mold. About cakes in general, roulette in one day, the same cakes bought turn out to be one dry without impregnation and the other super wet. There is no stable quality. Deterioration of quality always leads to loss of customers. I add - on 11/17/2024 I purchased two custards - to hammer nails with one (despite the recommendation that it lie outside the refrigerator to become softer). There is no stable quality. And there is no control over the shelf life of each product.

Last year, did you guys cut down your retail space and hire a crooked-handed pest to draw up a planogram from a closed institution? This person is not familiar with the specifics of the location and arrangement of goods. Is she a freelance artist, has she never gone shopping, has she scattered toilet paper across half of the checkout area? Has she ever heard of consumer architecture? Now, to find something in the store, you have to go through the entire territory. Sometimes twice. The trash continues: after the innovations, I have been coming to the store for almost a year now, and with each new visit, as if for the first time, I know where to look for what. Remove this person and hire a normal specialist to redo what she's messed up. So that the rating and reputation of the previously excellent hyper do not equal "0". The rest of the staff and employees are fine, but all their professional and good non-professional work has been destroyed because of one thing.
P.S.: I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow there would be sausage and roach hanging at the cash registers, and a second shelf with products on offer that no one needs will be placed on the cash register conveyor, hanging around the cashiers' necks. the order of the bundle of all kinds of bagels and gingerbread. Great store!
Always clean, shelves are full, the range of alcohol is always very wide, you walk like in a museum and imagine yourself as a sommelier who understands wines, as there is a description for each wine.
There is a fairly large selection of non-alcoholic wines, which is very pleasing and meets the trends. It would be great if we made a separate stand for non-alcoholic wines, but this is not critical.

We were in Minsk in July 2023. I am completely delighted with literally everything I saw in this beautiful city! I would like to mention the excellent cooking in the Green chain store. We were in the new Minsk City Mall shopping center. I liked the idea of making a salad on my own from the proposed assortment of ingredients. Everything is fresh, neatly sliced, delicious dressing sauces and the products themselves. Caesar salad turned out to be fantastic and sooooo delicious! I would like to see this idea embodied in St. Petersburg.

There is enough choice on the product . According to the location, I would say there is not enough metro, and since public transport runs quite often, you can walk to one metro stop))) parking on three levels is gorgeous, there is always a place on the second floor.
The quality of the goods is normal. The staff is friendly and courteous. There are plenty of cash registers, there are fast up to five goods , which is good, but recently, when visiting the store, I noticed that people with not five goods were entering the cash register and significantly slowed down the queue, and the cashiers did not respond adequately to this with a denial of service , which is not entirely clear, wasting time and upsetting.
The food is quite normal. Vegetables are plentiful, there is enough baking. Here are discounts and promotions , the question is relative , some products on discounts and promotions can be purchased cheaper in the store opposite and not on the stock 🤔

But the department with cakes and pastries is the "coolest" of all. Cakes "we don't cut" (is it really that difficult? as a customer, I want the cake to look like a cake, not like a piece of cake). Getting served at all is still a challenge. Probably, the customer should run all over the store and beg to be served. Today we tried unsuccessfully to buy something for tea in this department. The sellers walked by and saw us perfectly, but apparently they were busy with something more important. The bell rang several times, but no one came up.

For unknown reasons, there was always a queue for sandwiches on my shift (there is a sin, I did it by taste and not by technology by weight). Having plunged into the kitchen affairs of the store, I was surprised myself, everything meat, chicken, minced meat and so on is really fresh. Only worthy meat was allowed for minced meat, only fresh chicken. If it has been standing for a day, it is still normal. If there are two, then it is no longer being implemented. I know it looks like a fake advertisement, but no))) I also baked pancakes, made cutlets, and cooked something. I really enjoyed working there. But, we had a very strict "technologist" who recently left school. That's why she was defiant for a long time, everyone disliked her. And I was only 15 minutes late for work twice, for which she fired me. But that's not the point. The "Joint venture" department in the store on the tower. I recommend.
And one more fact - some products are cheaper, then more expensive than in other stores. This is a dynamic phenomenon.
