GREEN is generally a super chain of stores, now these are probably the most relevant stores in the city of Minsk (I have not visited other cities), I know them all, there is, however, one GREEN store is not very large compared to the others, it is in Chizhovka, but it originally belonged to a Space, therefore it was built according to another project, and so everything is great, from the choice of products to clothes and other things, there is a decent assortment of everything everywhere, as well as good staff, I recommend 👍

If it was 0, I would have put it. I left the store in a terrible mood. This is not the cheapest store, which means that at least some acceptable level of service is expected from the staff. We visited last night, the first thing that infuriated me was the seller in the confectionery department, at first she was basically not there, and when she came up, she began to serve the girl who had just come up with the words "they still choose." We have been standing for some time and have already chosen, I wanted to clarify only the presence of one ingredient in the cake. Normal level, nothing to say. After that, the situation was at the self-service checkout. The product from the meat department did not make its way, I waited for the consultant to come up for about 5 minutes, because she is in 2 departments, it is not her fault, but still. When she came up, she told me to enter the number from the barcode, although in other stores the consultants do it themselves, after several attempts I waited for her again for about 5 minutes, another woman came up, did exactly the same thing and said "I can't help anything", I waited another 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and they will say the same thing so that I myself go to the meat department and ask them to paste another barcode. In my opinion, this situation is also not entirely acceptable, but still not as angry as in the confectionery department. The assortment in the store is not bad except for vegetables and fruits, their condition is depressing.

As long as I went into this store, it sank lower and lower in my eyes. I come here only when there is not much choice. I'm not talking about self-service ticket offices... I actively go to competitors' hypermarkets and self-service cash desks work like clockwork there. I only use them. There are always some mistakes, some problems. You need to call a consultant every time. The same song was on the green at another point... It's a nightmare. Cooking. Everyone, of course, has their own taste preferences, but a couple of times I took different cutlets and they all went to the trash. But the final was yesterday. I came to buy eclairs. I'm standing by the window, waiting. There's a woman standing behind the pizza department looking at me. I'm looking at her. A minute passes. I get tired of waiting, I ask the woman who makes pizza "who can I contact to be approached and she answered, .that they would come up now and turned to this woman. WHO HAS BEEN LOOKING AT ME ALL THIS TIME... She gave me eclairs. There were problems at the self-service checkout again, of course, and in the end I couldn't eat them. Because they are wooden. Dear ones, do you not want to write off unusable products?

Today is the beginning of new promotions on the green, I thought about this sushi whose price is above average, although the stock will be fresh, but the rice is overcooked into porridge and dried, in general, one star.. The seller diligently tried to choose them for me by rotation, although I asked to choose more from a different angle, but she said there was no difference, as it turned out there was, since they tried a mix of aridity from fresh to the day before yesterday from all angles!) also, the chuka salad is not fresh, it is 100% sluggish, I did not even eat it, although this is my favorite salad.they don't keep track of deadlines on grocery shelves, today I saw a lot of deadlines that expired in one batch a week ago, please do not sell junk, they were not bought for three kopecks.

You open the container at home and get disappointed. Unfortunately, it's bad. Quality and freshness are not worth waiting for. Fruits are often bad.

Potatoes are rotten and green, carrots are sluggish, onions are half-rotten and crumpled, lemons are soft with spots .....it's terrible. There are no complaints about other retail departments
