Unfortunately, Anastasia at the Information Center did not know how to help us or who to contact. There were long attempts to contact someone who could help us, but unfortunately, she failed. We got the impression that not only did she have no knowledge of the services, but she also did not know how to work with the database. Olga Mikhailovna solved our problem quickly and professionally. Her communication with us was at the highest level and, most importantly, she is responsible and a person of her word. We successfully placed the order and received it a week later. I got 2 stars for selling me two expired products within a month! It seems that Green and Euroopt are competing with each other who will sell more expired goods! I bought the first product for my child at the checkout, colorful peanuts in glaze, overdue for almost 2 months. I bought it on 02/05/2026, the expiration date is 12/12/2025! Just think about it, the expired product has been on the counter for 2 months and no one cares about it. And these are not imaginary stories, this is all real, and every visitor to this store may encounter this situation. Before this situation, I had always praised this store, but now the trust has been undermined! The second delay was the Antarctica cake, the delay was only 3 hours, but nevertheless it was written before 18:00, which means that after 18:00 the cake had to be removed from sale. Even a minimal delay can have a very bad effect on human health, a proven fact. And the most important thing is that harm to health may not occur immediately, but over time, unexpectedly! Moreover, the store periodically violates the storage conditions of this product (cakes) if stored at +2 +4.6 degrees, sometimes they do not lie in the refrigerator but on the counter at room temperature. Everyone remembers any holidays that happen to the food on the table at room temperature. And then poisoning of varying complexity. Be careful!
