It’s a nice quite place to stay but far from city center

Not recommended. For those who is looking for comfort. That day there was no water at all for whole day.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024.
My daughter and I really enjoyed everything. We arrived in Tashkent at night, we were met and brought to the hotel. The receptionist, Mahmoud, greeted them like family - the registration was quick, and he offered them a more comfortable room. And in the following days, Mahmoud asked every day if everything was okay, brought breakfasts (always varied, fresh, delicious and satisfying), Mahmoud also helped with taxis, set up the necessary TV programs. One day I asked: where can I buy delicious watermelon nearby? And in the evening, a sooo delicious watermelon was waiting for us)
In general, Mahmoud is a godsend for the hotel, he is always polite, smiling and just a wonderful person.
The hotel itself is so cozy that you feel like in a fairy tale - oriental flavor is everywhere, the whole courtyard is surrounded by greenery, it's nice to go into the courtyard after the heat, there are trestles where you can drink tea and just lie around, you can soak up in a hammock, and the pool is love from the first swim, the water is the purest, the employee I always asked if the water temperature was good.
The room was clean, the bed linen was snow-white, and there was everything necessary for living.
Everyone saw us off! They said a lot of nice things, hugged, took pictures for memory..
It was so nice to stay at this hotel! If we plan to come to Tashkent again, I hope that there will be a room for us. I really want to come back here

The conditions are terrible, the bed linen is not washed, the plasterboard wall is audible, they don't even give tea for breakfast, dry rations and drink whatever you want, it would be possible to set 0. It's not worth the money, I don't recommend it at all

It's not comfortable at all. The bed is old. Not clean. The cleaning was not done at all when we lived for 4 days. There is no place to brew tea. The breakfasts are old and cold except for the egg. They smoke cigarettes at the reception. It smells like cigarettes. It's just awful. I will not write a lot of things, there is no need to go there, I put 1 since there is no zero

Sometimes they stupidly forget about breakfast, although it is included. During the week, the room was never cleaned, even after I asked to throw out the trash myself.

I will write about the rooms since I came to spend the night.the walls are thin, everyone can hear everything, the doors are fragile and large gaps, the beds are broken, at least I came across such a bed in a bar there is nothing to buy except cola and fanta very far from the main road and you can find a normal hotel for this price
