We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and here is what I would like to especially mention: 1. A large number of different interactive activities (water games, aerobics, fitness on bicycles, trampolines), (performances by dance groups, various shows and performances, an excellent program for children). 2. Very friendly staff, especially liked the attitude of the activists to their work (Betty and Anastasia ❤️). It is very pleasant to communicate with such people. 3. Delicious food, although not everything is properly prepared, perhaps the peculiarities of the cuisine. 4. Bartenders are also very funny and charismatic. 100% customer orientation. Unfortunately, we did not remember the names of some of the bartenders with whom we talked the most, in general, great guys! 5. Another important point is the number. The cleaning took place every day, the maids were very nice, they speak English. We had air conditioners in every room — just a salvation in this heat. The hotel is good! The pool is gorgeous, but it's too small (probably because of the dirty sea). Many people prefer the pool. 2 playgrounds, slides and a gentle descent are ideal for kids. The food is good, without frills. One minute-audibility in the room (the feeling that there are no windows or doors! I would have gone there again, maybe. Near the embankment, shops, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies. 20 min to the old town of Alanya by bus (if desired, you can also walk along the embankment)
