We rented an office in this building for a year, the location is good, convenient, there are no problems with parking, there are storage rooms. But the administration is weak, our office was flooded 3 times a year, the roof leaked, condensate drips from the ceiling in winter. Snow is cleaned only in the front parking lot along Suyunbai, the rear parking lot is almost not cleaned. I do not recommend renting a room on the 3rd floor.
