We just weren't checked into the hotel with a paid reservation, we arrived at 12 at night, but they didn't check us in, they didn't pick up the phone for a long time, and eventually they offered to move three people to another hotel in 1 room instead of 2 paid rooms. And for 5 days now we have been communicating with the support of the Island through which we booked and the money is not refunded for 2 rooms. The attitude is disgusting towards the guests.
