We visited a hotel in Samarkand at the end of April 2025 with my wife. Excellent beautiful territory, lots of greenery, a swimming pool, 2 gazebos - a separate one in the courtyard and a glass annex where you can have breakfast. A mini zoo park consisting of 2 playful and affectionate white kittens and a turtle. Breakfast is included, dinner was requested separately, there was a great pilaf and meat. The owner, Gayrat, helped with all matters, and was a cultured, pleasant-to-talk Muslim believer. In fact, Gayrat helped to buy railway tickets to Bukhara, and recommended an excellent guide. I talked to him on WhatsApp before the trip. Visitors from different countries. The only disadvantage is the distance from the center, but this is easily compensated by the inexpensive taxi cost of 200-300 rubles 20-30 minutes to the center. We have been to 3 different hotels in Uzbekistan of very different levels, this is an example of a private guest house with a courtyard. I definitely recommend it!

The wonderful owners of this hotel welcomed us very pleasantly and placed us in a cozy room. The room is clean, spacious, bright, has everything you need, even the bed crunches and smells, which pleasantly surprised. The hotel is organized at home, which attracted us. Beautiful indoor landscaped area with a swimming pool and recreation areas. In the evening, they even turned on a projector with classical music on the street. We had a nice rest. The location is convenient along the ring road, away from the hustle and bustle. The location with the children is perfect, the child was also very satisfied. We will be happy to come here again. Thank you very much to the hosts for their hospitality!!!

Solid 4%, pros: price, pleasant and adequate hosts- always ready to help, nice view of the rooms, air conditioning and heated, theoretical possibility of dinner for a normal price on site, sauna for a normal price and a swimming pool to it, pleasant courtyard, smart TV (android TV with chromocast, which is very convenient), not bad wifi, breakfast is quite sufficient
Cons: it's a bit noisy - the road and the airport are not far away, there is in fact no infrastructure nearby, not even a normal store (although there are not much of them in the city), there is also no cafe nearby, there are minor disadvantages in the room - we have a burst shower handle, the water in the shower goes badly, there were no hangers in the closet, there is a night lamp in the room from the wall, the TV mount has moved away from the wall, there is no normal trash can, only in the toilet for small things, there is no air freshener in the toilet, the door tongue does not work well- it opens poorly from the outside, the roller blinds are translucent - in the morning you do not really sleep, they hung jackets - the window is small. In general, we are very satisfied for such a price

An immensely pleasant guest house! Clean, cozy, green, colorful! Yes, you need to take a taxi from the center for 10-15 minutes. But taxis are cheap, and sleeping in peace and comfort is worth a lot! I was lucky enough to visit Samarkand. We stayed at this family hotel. The hotel is located in the private sector. In my opinion, this is her huge plus. The presence of a swimming pool is the second big plus. And the third big plus is the attitude towards vacationers. It has everything: lovingly decorated and constantly kept clean and cozy territory, comfortable small rooms with air conditioning, shower and TV.
The host of the guest house, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If we visit Samarkand again, we will definitely stay with you. We will recommend you to all our friends.

If you are with children, especially in summer
in Samarkand, then an ECO-hotel is your option.!Let it be outside the city! By the standards of St. Petersburg, 12 km from the center is nonsense! Moreover, taxis are not expensive in Uzbekistan.
In the first half of the day, when the sun is shining and I am not at all up to the historical beauties of my beloved Samarkand, there is something to do - swim in the pool. Not very big, but there is enough space, the main thing is clean!
Friendly hosts, not intrusive!!!
Breakfast in the morning!No frills, but delicious. Porridge or omelet to choose from, always sliced cheese, sausage and necessarily local fruits!
In the hotel, it is possible to cook something simple yourself, There is a kettle, a stove.
The store is 7 minutes away!
I put 5 out of 5 on price and quality!!

We spent several days in this house..I really liked it👍The hosts are wonderful,they help in all difficulties, for which I thank them very much!The house is certainly not in the city center, but as mentioned here earlier, it is not an expensive taxi that saves..We had a rest with the children, there is a good swimming pool in the house, we also bought ourselves. Great place!
We came here on the recommendation of our friends who vacationed here last year.
The hotel is wonderful, very cozy and homely.
We got a room with an exit leading to the pool and a large home cinema with a projector.
For dinner, the hotel owner made us a delicious pilaf, and his wife made us tea.
Breakfast was also included in the price, it was very tasty and satisfying.
The rooms are large and bright, and the area is covered with greenery and flowers. There's a cat running around:)

We rested there in the autumn, I will not say that we were welcomed, the owner woke us up at night, because the cistern does not block the water supply to the bathroom. But it can still be forgiven. But at the check-out, we had to wait for 40 minutes until we were registered, which we are required to do by law, since the owner was trying to help German tourists call a taxi. At the same time, we applied for registration earlier than they did. The owner clearly prioritized them above. The impression of the hotel is not the best.
It is located quite far from the main city, it will be more expensive to go to the sights, due to the longer distance. In fact, the hotel is located in the private sector outside the city. There are not many shops and markets nearby.

Hello.Reading all the positive reviews, I can't even believe it.It was completely different with us, not responsive and not friendly.And we didn't have slippers in the room, and toothbrushes, and the air conditioner didn't cool well, the smell was incomprehensible.It seems to be the simplest and most elementary things.In my opinion, the price and quality do not match.And also the description of the hotel does not correspond to reality.I do not recommend it.

The atmosphere of a country house, the owners met very cordially. They helped in solving issues. The numbers match. Hot water, light, air conditioning are all working properly. When there were cold days, Gayrat (the owner) turned on the underfloor heating for us. As an additional service, you can use the sauna (very clean). The pool is wonderful. The cinema by the pool creates an atmosphere. Next to the hotel we were recommended a kebab shop (I didn't find a more delicious kebab during the whole holiday). You can get to any point by Yandex Taxi. Thank you, we liked it here!

Apparently, the hotel owner is not familiar with the state standard and requirements for services, and does not know how to communicate with guests.
When checking into the room, I pointed out the shortcomings and asked them to be eliminated. In response, the owner began to be rude and referred to other guests that they were doing well and no one was complaining.... and I'm picky, they say, and it's not about the room at all.
Definitely a score of 0 for communication skills.

We had a rest in early May, we came from Novosibirsk. I liked everything very much, the rooms are clean, spacious, equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer and everything you need! We took it for two nights , in the morning we had a check-out in the morning and we would not have had time for breakfast , in the evening we warned the owner and he prepared breakfast for us with himself. A very decent option. Polite hosts who speak several languages. Breakfast is increased if desired, for which a separate respect. The rooms are small but nice. The pool is clean and accessible to willing guests, slightly cool, but in the heat it's the best thing. There are not many rooms, so it is very cozy. The price is super.
