What does the administration of this shopping complex think about by placing products, an alcohol market and branded clothing boutiques in the same row? How is that even possible? According to their logic, did a person come to buy an expensive bag, then buy vegetables in a boutique opposite and a bottle of wine in an alcohol market to celebrate their purchase? In general, I gave 2 stars due to the irrational placement of boutiques. Perhaps this is the main answer to the question about the vacant squares.
