Hello!) I wanted to write a good review, but what happened happened. A month before the trip, we called the company to find out about the terms of the lease, the timing, when it is better to book, and so on. We asked if it was possible to book a car now, they told us that we call early and they don't book so early. We were assured that it was better to book a week in advance, we were convinced that the cars would be free. There is a week left before the trip, we leave a request on the website, we are waiting for a response, but nothing happens. The next day, we call and are told that all the cars have already been rented, and no one knows when they will be released. They told me to call two days before the trip, and MAYBE there will be a car. We are upset and angry, as our plans may be ruined due to incompetence of employees. If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would.

Good company, nice people work there. There is always a standard set of machines for every taste. The cars themselves are pretty good in condition and configuration. The only problem is the excessive indifference of the company's employees to their cars. Customers banally roll out cars in a couple of days, and the company's employees seem not to notice this or simply do nothing to punish such negligent customers and fine them in order to return the cars to their original condition. I understand that you will not constantly touch up and polish everything for everyone, but at least once a month you need to do this. Well, handing over cars in a dirty state, both outside and inside, is generally ridiculous. No, it's not always like this, of course, but I've seen and borrowed cars from them in this condition. Unpleasant. The prices are average in the city, but sometimes, of course, they are also surprising. For example, the Ford Mondeo was charged 600 rubles a week. What?! For Mondeo?))) BMW is cheaper, by the way. Well, they probably know better. The location of the place is quite normal, it is easy to get there without a car, the metro is nearby. In general, you can apply here.
