The LCD is good, but there are disadvantages. There are access loggias on each floor. They are not safe for children. Above the 4th floor are dangerous. If the electricity goes out, the water, the electric stove, the elevator will all turn off. I did not notice the activation of the backup generator. I went up on foot on the 13th floor.

It's a terrible place. I do not advise buying an apartment there.
The complex looks more like an anthill. Problems with maintenance and communications are already beginning.
Parking is a separate story, there is practically no parking there, cars are shoved into 3 rows, clogging all the aisles.
I would give a rating of 0 stars if there was an option.
Transportation: buses do not run, you need to wait half an hour to call a taxi, or pay 2 times more expensive.
