I didn't expect 3 stars, it could be all 4-5. Perfect in everything.For comparison, such a room in a Krasnodar hotel, one in one, let's say, will cost twice as much, that is, 8-9 thousand rubles, and in Green Park for our rubles, it is 4000. I was very surprised by the quality of the linen and towels, they are incomparable, gorgeous. Cleaning is strictly every day and cleaning is conscientious, everything is shiny, towels. The foot mat was changed every day. It smells amazing, and this is just a standard room. No one was evicted as prescribed, we left for the airport at 16 o'clock local time. The hotel grounds are spotlessly clean, swings, lawn, etc The staff is polite and helpful. For breakfast, buffet I am very pleased. Quiet, comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning, the bathroom is shiny and everything is modern.

The coolest of all, which was in Uzbekistan (and this is Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva) of the same category. The staff is sweet! The rooms are clean, the bed is snow-white and soft, sound insulation, unlike others, is present. Thanks, keep it up!

The rooms are good. Quietly. Close to the center. The breakfasts are generally normal, only the dishes are poorly cleaned, the tables are not monitored. In general, the staff is local without frills. There was no hot water. The first time we were warned, and we were put in another hotel, where there were no problems. The second time they said that everything was OK, but it turned out not to be so. They can't handle the boiler system. I understand that there are abnormal frosts, but it's not very good to wash under cold water. The staff still needs to learn how to communicate with guests. But for all that, the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The breakfast is good. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the airport.

The rooms are new, clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, but there are disadvantages that need to be fixed 1- there is no ramp at the entrance (you have to carry suitcases on yourself) 2- it would be nice to meet customers and help them get their suitcases out of the taxi.I want at least a tiny pool, there was no one at the reception in the bar, after the flight I wanted to have coffee or water to drink
