The hotel is ok, not too bad but it is nothing special either. Despite they get the room ready for your arrival, you can still find little things like a broken and leaking fridge after you check in. The restaurant in the hotel is worth mentioning separately. Way overpriced, poor quality of food, mediocre service. It is best to avoid it altogether. My family and I went there quite late after arrival to the hotel. What they call a steak in the menu is just a piece of fried thin meat covered in a thick layer of sauce, despite assurances earlier that sauce comes on the side. Children were served RARE fillet mignons, and they refused to cook them to medium cause the kitchen was closing down. Also, some part of the order was not served at all due to the same reason - the kitchen closing. And all that after the waiter waited around 20 minutes after our arrival by coming to our table, repeating questions about our order, bringing a single fork or knife to the table. The meal for 4 came to RUR 11k or circa USD 150 which is quite steep for Kislovodsk. Also if you want to get a bottle of beer from the restaurant in the evening it will cost an exorbitant RUR 800 or USD 12… better steer clear of that place The overall rating is 3 for the hotel and 0 for the restaurant, which comes to 2 stars overall
