I contacted this workshop several times to replace the battery in my smartphones in the past years. This year, I contacted you about my PocketBook 626 e-book, which suddenly stopped turning on. I sinned on the battery, because the book has been more than 10 years old. As a result of a long diagnosis, the need to replace the device's motherboard was revealed. The whole process, from diagnosis to getting a workable book in hand, took almost 2 months. But... Professional diagnostics was carried out, and my wish to install a battery with a capacity larger than the stock one (1500 mAh -> 2600 mAh!!!) was taken into account. + an e-book motherboard of a higher class is installed: PocketBook 626 Plus (+4 GB of ROM as a gift!). The repair cost was lower than the cost of a new book with similar characteristics. Yes, it was a long wait (I suspect that I bothered everyone there with my calls :)), but the result was worth it. I got my hands on not only a fully functional, but also an improved device! Therefore, I highly recommend this service center - the guys will handle repairs of any complexity and will take into account your wishes to improve the characteristics of the device, if possible!

I went to the workshop with a Street Guardian DVR. After 7 years of operation, it stopped feeding the memory (the time and other system settings were lost). I will not go into the technical nuances... They accepted, arranged, and everything was cultural and neat. They were given 14 days for diagnosis. And after 2 days they called back, announced the cause of the failure and the amount of repairs. It was at lunchtime. And by 18 o'clock it was already possible to pick up. They issued a warranty card for the completed work, for a period of 120 days. I'M SATISFIED
