It looks nice in the photo, but the problems started right away: - upon check-in, the reception staff couldn't find us on the lists, so I had to write/call the apartment manager, and it took 10-15 minutes to find out who we were and where we were from. It was night, I wanted to check in without any problems and go to bed. - when I checked into the apartment, I found a puddle around the toilet, they promised that cleaning would come the next day and clean everything up; cleaning did not come. A few days later, I checked with the apartment manager about cleaning - they replied that you can go down to the reception yourself and order, the service is paid - there is a construction site opposite; when booking, they promised that the construction site would be frozen for the summer and there would be no noise. Finally... On the very first morning, at 8:50, the muzlo from the construction site screamed and work began (we arrived in the middle of the night and it turns out we only slept for a few hours). He promised the apartment manager that he would call the landlord, saying that he was Georgian and would be able to influence, but... - on the evening of the first day, a party began by the pool: loud music, everything was heard in the devices even with the windows closed. I went down to ask how long this day was - they promised that it would be until 23:00, at 23 it didn't end, I went down again and promised that it would be until 00:00. It didn't end at 00. I remind you that after a sleepless night, we woke up at 8:50 a.m. because of construction work and couldn't sleep at 00 a.m. because of the music. The reception staff threw up their hands, went to sort out the party. Two people who introduced themselves as managers (or some kind of crucial people) started manipulating me and saying, "Do I really want to ruin the holiday for 150 people right now just because I want to sleep?" By the way, there were 35 guests left (I'm an event organizer and I can tell 150 from 35). But anyway, what difference does it make how many people are partying there, if it's night and it's an apartment, not a club, and it's important for people to sleep! The conversation lasted 30 minutes, and they brought me to tears. They promised to make the music quieter, but they didn't. They promised to finish at 1:00 a.m., but they didn't finish. It's just bullying. On the trip, I was with my 65-year-old dad, who had been unsuccessfully trying to fall asleep all this time. At the start of the conversation, one of these two "party managers" pretentiously stated that I was being offered monetary compensation, but I refused. He called moving from one room to another at 1 a.m. a monetary compensation. How this will help with the fact that music is hammering from the street, even through closed doors, was not explained. - At 8:50 the next day, the music started on the construction site and the counter, they started pouring concrete... the apartment itself is normal, pretty, the Internet is working, everything is normal except for a couple of moments: 1. the situation with a puddle around the toilet, which has not been resolved in any way; 2. the external air conditioner unit of the neighboring apartments is located next to the balcony door of one of the bedrooms, what does this mean: as soon as the condee of the neighboring apartments is turned on, you hear a noise and all the warm air from the outdoor unit adds warmth to the bedroom, in which there is no condee. That is, if you close the door, it's stuffy, if you leave it open, it's noisy and warm air is blowing.3. Strong audibility, even with the windows closed, but you've already figured that out (construction, parties, the road nearby, etc. - you'll hear all this). It is important to say that the apartment manager offered to move to a one-bedroom apartment and not to Gonio, but to Batumi. Naturally, this option did not suit us, I'm on a trip with my dad, we need different bedrooms and the Gonio Sea, not the Batumi sea. There were no normal compensations. Neither from the complex nor from the apartment manager, they wrote that we would have a 10% discount on the next booking. Both of the "party managers" saw me in the last few days and didn't even come over to explain themselves or apologize. Absolutely disgusting attitude.

A comfortable hotel. We lived on the 11th floor in a two-room suite with a kitchen-living room. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool with sauna, and there is also a gym with exercise equipment on the 2nd floor. There is an outdoor swimming pool on site. The restaurant food was of decent quality. We had a buffet breakfast, the range is not large, but you can always find something for yourself. You can order an omelet or porridge for breakfast - this is included in the price, you need to ask the waiter. The service is high-quality and unobtrusive. We enjoyed living there.
