Special thanks to the manager Olga from Zhodino — you rarely see such warmth, participation and a human approach now. She didn't just organize the process, but went through it with us — as someone who really cares. Everything turned out well with the portrait and the medallion, although, of course, as relatives, we always see more than a photograph can convey. Unfortunately, the photo we had left was not of the best quality, and the artist—engraver did everything he could within the technical capabilities. We understand this and are grateful for your efforts. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work, patience and sincere attitude. It's priceless at times like this.
