Special thanks to Edward, any issue has been resolved. 26.08.25 This is the third time we have been to our beloved "Green Terrace", where we return again and again! This magical place is located right by the sea, in a quiet corner of New Athos. There are such incredible sunsets here that it takes your breath away. Right from its unique infinity pool, you can watch the fiery colors of the sky – isn't that a dream? Each house is built of wood, looks cozy and welcoming. There is a private beach with amenities, and breakfast is included in the room rate. In the morning it is always nice to start the day with freshly squeezed juices and aromatic coffee. And if you want to have a snack in the afternoon or evening, then there is a great dining room all day long! On the second floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with European cuisine and amazing local wines from their own vineyards. We recently tasted a new wine, so delicate and light, you can just lick your fingers.

Here I give a high rating for this place, I recommend this hotel (houses for accommodation) to everyonewith a capital letter!!! Breakfast is included, buffet, very tasty, satisfying and you can not limit yourself to food. Smart guys are wounded by the best, and that's exactly what you are!!! They bake pizza at a very reasonable price, about 6 types, delicious pizza!!! The price of pizza is a gift for the whole of Abkhazia. The hotel is fully guarded, so you don't have to worry about your belongings. Video surveillance is fully underway, nothing can get lost from the word at all!!! There is a swimming pool, a warm pool and there are 3 of them, 1 adult and 2 for children with a sea view, there is no such thing anywhere in Abkhazia, the sea is 20 meters from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned, everything is clean, the beach is clean, there is no garbage, the sea is crystal clear. I recommend this place and this hotel to everyone!!! The place is wonderful.We had a threesome with a child.The rooms are cozy and clean with air conditioning.There is also a wardrobe, a kettle, and a mini-bar.Each room has a small terrace for "sitting in the evening and chatting on the porch."The food is good, and there is a restaurant in addition to the dining room.
