This is some kind of corner of the agrarian civilization in Armenia. It's just a miracle. Modern design, modern technology. Very friendly staff. I recommend that agricultural specialists visit, as well as guided tours and workshops for children and adults. And also an incredibly atmospheric harvest festival.

We accidentally found this place on Booking. The good feeling started as soon as we booked the room. They immediately wrote to us and said that they were waiting for us. When we arrived, we were greeted, given a tour and given tea. It is such a good feeling from quite simple rooms and facilities, while everything is done with intelligence and love. We ran in the morning, there is a place to do 10km runs. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us afterwards. You can also wash your clothes here for a reasonable fee. In the large lobby room, you can sit with a laptop and excellent Wi-Fi. During breaks, it is easy to go down to the gardens, where there are interesting plants and berries that can be tasted from the bush. I have constant parallels with guest houses in Austria, Italy near the Alps. It is also cozy, warm and somehow fabulous. Our rating is 5+++.
