I always stay: convenient location, within walking distance. Breakfasts are quite good, if portioned, then the output is large. Standard rooms on the 4th floor with luggage will help you get up, there is no good cardio load. I stayed at another hotel for the experiment, but I returned to Greenwich anyway.
