Convenient location, reasonable price, cleanliness at an average level. Friendly and attentive host, speaks Russian well. But the assistant does not understand him, he gave out his underwear only on the third attempt. The noise of cars (windows on a busy street) and loud neighbors certainly cause discomfort, but it will go to sleep over. It can be recommended.
