Then, a couple of hours later, when opening the box (which had already been opened before us), it turned out that the garland was all tangled up. 16 meters! When asked that a used garland had been sent for the price of a new one, they denied it, convinced that it was new (while carefully mentioning that it might not have been removed from the Christmas tree in the hall). Then they said the winning thing — if you want a replacement by courier, that will be 10 white rubles! That is, should the buyer pay extra for the fact that GreenTerra brought the goods?)) "Yes, it's free, but you can drive yourself." I can't physically go, that's why I took delivery. And last year we went ourselves and bought a cast Christmas tree from them for 800+ bel. That is, we are already getting regular customers. After a lot of unpleasant arguments on the phone, proving that of course the confusing opened garland is a new one, that they open all the garlands upon receipt (yeah, of course), and that the courier can open with me))) finally, we came to the conclusion that so be it, we will bring you a replacement by courier. And the icing on the cake, this man delivers almost a week after my call :)) they say, oh, there are no slots at all)) Apparently, he decided to at least "take revenge" for giving up? The garland has not been delivered yet, and we will see if the promise is fulfilled. I am surprised by the attitude and behavior of such a well-established company, as it seemed to me. It was no longer necessary to wait for a replacement when I took an extra place. the receipt was given, but there is no copy of the receipt (read the invoice) for reporting and tax deduction. they say when we do not give this with delivery, although all other materials were delivered with a copy of the receipt, with invoices, etc.
