There's a problem with vegetables in the store, some are sold with mold, and I saw it myself on carrots, just the cut parts are there, did they cut off the mold before putting it out? In any case, such vegetables do not inspire confidence and I would not buy them there. I go there to buy bread and desserts, they're delicious synnabons.

We ordered delivery via Wolt. The order did not include goods for 6,000 tenge. When analyzing the situation, the store employee (Gulzhan) bluntly said that she would not do anything and told us to write to support ourselves. As a result, the courier closed the order, the money, of course, was not returned. The store later lied to Wolt's support, saying that the goods "just forgot to put in," although they had previously confirmed their absence by phone. We spent a lot of time and nerves due to the negligence and unwillingness of employees to solve the problem. To customers, check orders before the delivery is completed. The management needs to restore order urgently, otherwise trust in the network will be completely lost.
