Delicious, the portions are large, the price is worth these dishes. Alcohol is certainly expensive. And not everything is on the menu. I liked the staff, they work quickly and politely. The music is clubby, diverse, it's a pity you can't order the song you want, but you could have done it on a paid basis. The interior is as shown in the photo.

Of the advantages:
- Large parking lot
- There is a lot of space inside
- The menu has quite simple dishes that are difficult to spoil
- They cook food pretty quickly
Of the cons:
- Beef carpacho was brought frozen (it crunched like ice), we had to warm it ourselves for another 20 minutes
- It was quite cool in the room (winter -15)
As a result:
A good place to have lunch or dinner. We were passing through, so it's just right.

The establishment has deteriorated. We visited it for the first time in 2022, everything was at the highest level. We were sitting on the second floor in a hookah bar: hookah is normal, cafe 2 - all the food is cold and tasteless, the waiters freeze off, they don't know the menu.

A wonderful restaurant in Orsha. Being on a business trip, I happened to be here. The menu is quite diverse and, most importantly, delicious. Prices are comparable to similar restaurants in Moscow or Minsk.

The food is not delicious, someone's hair is in the burger, the level of service is quite low, the waiters apparently were not taught to communicate normally with customers, although it is in their own interests because it is always nice to leave good tea for good work, from the staff jambs: they start arguing when asked to leave one menu on the table, they cannot answer a good question whether whiskey is in their cocktail, you have to wait a very long time for someone to come up to you and repeat the drink. The interior seemed normal at first glance, but our table had an unpleasant smell. The musical repertoire is not about anything, the sound quality is disgusting, you can't hear anything in the thunder of a dirty bass and you won't be able to talk normally at the table. With all this, the price tag is higher than in decent establishments in the Moscow region.
I definitely don't want to go a second time.
But on the next trip to Orsha, for the sake of interest, I will come in and would really like to see more friendly staff, improvements in terms of cuisine, even if there will be fewer dishes on the menu, but they will be brought to perfection and of course if the institution positions itself as a place where you can dance, then you need to correct the situation with sound and repertoire.

A cafe for local party elites. We got here on a recommendation for lunch. Lunch will be a single complex at a price of 12 rubles (4 €) without the possibility of choice and variations, which is already bad - a person may not be able to eat some products. The most interesting thing begins when the local elite arrives for lunch, for ordinary mortals - clothes can be left in the wardrobe, and the elite goes through the whole institution, without taking off their winter sheepskin coats, to the hall. The portion of salad was meager, which is not surprising, because at the next table the elite needs to put a bigger portion. It's a shame, it's the 21st century on the street, but here the Soviet concept is obvious. I gave 2 stars, just for the fact that the lunch was edible. Don't set foot here anymore.

We visited you on January 6th . Pizza and solyanka set off. Chicken soup is a rare trash, had to be returned... 05.02.22 there was a meeting with classmates at the Grey cafe. We really liked the food! It was quiet where we were sitting, so we could talk. The content is not bad, I was pleased. The waiter who served us was very attentive and patient, he reacted to all our whims with a smile) Everything is great, BUT it turned out that there is a little problem in the form of a DJ. Dear administration of this institution, in this place on February 05 there were about 6 tables with classmates -this is 2/3 of all people that day. Really, there wasn't a single track for people on the topic of school???? Was it really impossible to deliver at least something at the request? It's not even just that... Music is played for very young comrades. And if none of the 30 people (age 30-37) knows the song, it says something...If you want to keep the content NOT 18-22, but a little older, then change the musical content.
I have a sediment left only on the musical part, everything else is fine! Prosperity to this institution. Thank you.

In 2023, it became much worse in terms of food, I always took a salad with seafood and mango sauce, and then they brought it without sauce at all and so 2 servings at that, and this is a salad for 20 rubles! I took a tongue with potatoes from the hot one for 26 rubles and I want to say that even at home it tasted better, it was impossible to eat potatoes at all. I didn't want to spoil my evening and find out everything on the spot and write a complaint.
Prices were raised for the entire menu, but everything tasted worse, maybe we were unlucky with the items from the menu.
Previously, it was not a pity to give 100 rubles in an evening, because at least I ate delicious food, but now it is a complete disappointment.
Nothing has changed in terms of music, everything is as it was +-
Also about the reservation, the staff called 2 weeks in advance and asked to make an advance payment for the table reservation (or it will be withdrawn then) I arrived a couple of days later and the receptionist tells me that an advance payment for the table is not needed! Do I have nothing to do to go back and forth? I was extremely outraged! Then I called 4 times a week and everyone was interested in whether we would come, since the table was booked.

We were at the Grey restaurant on Friday evening (06/23/2023), it is difficult to call it a restaurant.
We ordered premium hookah, alcoholic cocktails, a Set of rolls and 3 burgers with beef patty and bacon. The quality of the food is disgusting: cutlets are semi-finished products, obviously not from beef (very light meat); cutlets were salted and overcooked; dry store bun; burgers fell apart right on the plate. As for the rolls, the rice is dry, sticks to the teeth, the fillings are not edible (canned tuna, frozen crab sticks, wind-dried smoked chicken, not fresh red fish in small quantities and normal shrimp).
Dear administrators, if you add a set to the menu, then you do not need to make it from the cheapest / leftover products in the kitchen. It may cost more, but at least it won't be disgusting.
Hookah: the hookah master is not competent, is not interested in meeting the requests of the guests. They asked what the flavors were, but there was no clear answer. During the whole evening, the coals were changed only 1 time.
The cocktails are good, but the dishes don't match. Faceted table glasses for juice.
The waitress was diligent, but, nevertheless, there were no cutlery for burgers and individual plates for rolls.
The assortment and price list in the Instagram profile and in the menu of the establishment do not match.
The prices do not match the quality of the food and service. Reconsider pricing or improve the quality of services!!!
Unfortunately, the evening was ruined.
