I liked this business center. It's always clean inside. We rented an entire floor for offices. There is a cabinet system inside, which I consider a huge plus. Because there is less noise than in open space. The lobby has pleasant music and is very atmospheric.

The office is certainly beautiful, but the girl at the reception is terrible! There are no claims to the sales department, but to get to them you need to make an appointment or through the reception! I was looking at the promenade, but I was upset! Comfort plus with elements of business class, but not BUSINESS!!!! There are almost 6 apartments on the site, which is no longer a business, the ceiling height is 2.85, which is not a business again, the balcony is closed that there is no light, room on room that there is no space! Overall not bad, but It's not a business how they position this complex, and yes there are only 34 parking spaces! This complex did not suit us
