We were in Berdyansk from 17 to 18.10.24. We stopped at this place. I liked everything. Friendly, hospitable, polite. The room is clean, comfortable, everything you need is available. I liked it, as well as the city itself.
Among the surprises: curfew and restriction on the sale of alcohol after 20.00 🤪

And so, as a person who usually stays in 5+ hotels, such as Hilton, Mert, Rixos, Radisson and others, I would correct some points in this hotel! 1) I would change the pillows to good big ones, not narrow ones (it is impossible to sleep well), I would change the entrance group and make a large entrance door for a resep, also something needs to be done with this gate and these gates that poor girls run to open and close every time, either make tags or keys and give it out along with key chains from the room, or close the barrier during the day and in the evening.
The location is in the very center, opposite a large shopping center, parking in front of the hotel is very large, the staff is friendly, you can see that they are trying! And we are glad to have guests! There is a swimming pool, in summer it will be very convenient with children! I hope you will work out some moments, and the 2025 season will be one of the best for you)
