I come for the second time, I ask you to add a little more sauce, they offered to pay extra. It doesn't seem to be a pity, but I'm asking not for my own pleasure, but so that you can just eat it. The shawarma is wildly dry. The sauce was added, but the face was unhappy. Okay, let it be consumer extremism. I'm walking around the city, I think I'll try it somewhere else, because a lot depends on the cook and not on the establishment. And so, nemiga 5, order 2 shawarma..... I probably haven't tried it worse yet. The lavash is made of wood, I couldn't even count the number of its layers. The meat is minimal, appeared in the middle.

Today (07/10/2024) I go to the checkout to place an order. The girl was sweeping leisurely, then turned around and stared at me with her face on, chewing gum and not saying a word. I say, "Hello, can I please..." In response, not a word, but, like, she started typing something in the cash register. Here a woman comes in and asks for directions - and, lo and behold, the girl willingly begins to talk politely with her. I.e. is it okay that I'm standing here?
I didn't wait any longer, said I'd changed my mind, turned around and left.
But honestly, Madame would have spat at me on today's shift (in her expression it was very similar to that).
It's a pity, the shawarma here is, in principle, not bad. And here's the staff... If you don't want to work with people, stay out of it.

Good afternoon. I want to leave a negative review about your establishment in Minsk at Nemiga 5. The lavash in the kebab was so dry that at the first bite the kebab split into 2 parts. A kebab cap is easier to cut off than to bite through. The taste is as monotonous as possible, nothing but meat and sauce is felt at all. The cook is a blond, well-done man, talked with a dark-haired cashier girl and instead of making a delicious kebab, he decided to chat with her better. I would like to leave a purely negative review.
I stopped by with my wife on the way to get two kebabs. We made an order through the app and paid for it. What seemed wrong?
1) The application does not show that the order is ready. We chose pickup from a point on Nemiga towards the City Rampart. It showed in the application that it was "being delivered". The order in the application has been made for at least 30 minutes. We come to pick it up, and it turns out it was already cool. Why not write in the application that the order is ready?
2) I came to pick up the order. I should have called the number from the app. There was practically no one, only a few people were sitting. I went to the checkout, and the girl did not even deign to say hello, she did not even deign to pay attention, that I approached her and began to say that I wanted to pick up the order. As soon as I opened my mouth, she began and continued to look at some man away from me. It took about 20 seconds before she noticed me.
There was a 500ml sprite bottle in the order. The girl at the checkout showed with all her appearance that, to put it mildly, she didn't care about me or the order. With a uniquely nasty expression on her face, she reluctantly took out this bottle and gave it to me. I told her thanks anyway, to which there was nothing in response.
The receipt has been saved, the order number is there, as well as the data in the application.
I only give two stars for the fact that we ordered two positions on the way. There is no desire to come in just like that, it is banal because of the disgusting service and the person who believes that customers on a day off are clearly something superfluous.

Все очень вкусно, прекрасная подача, есть места, чтоб присесть. Единственный минус - в помещении пахнет кухней. Зато есть туалет, где можно помыть руки. Если вы пришли и видите, что негде сесть, то лучше не ждать, пока освободят место, а пойти прогуляться, потому что ждать можно очень долго и уйти с ужасным настроением + голодными.

There were 2 times. The first time we went in the fall, we were very hungry, the shawarma seemed good, we took 2 different ones. After 2 months, we came in again, no less hungry. But this did not affect the taste buds in any way, it was very bad - a lot of salty sauce, a very unpleasant filling. Neither of them had finished eating.

Сегодня 13 августа в 2 ночи заказала капучино.кофе -машина та же что и на жд вокзале....господи....какое же холодные помои мне дали.а почему так?
Я конечно вышла .не начинала драмму:типо что за кофе вы мне приготовили...минус 4рубля.лучше бы в ночник сходила за шоколадкой....обидно.думала,что так же вкусное будет кофе.....фу...пенка какая то несостоявшаяся упавшая...и вкус кофе,как будто три зернышка растворимых на стакан воды.
Очень неприятно....больше точно не пойду на немигу.
На жд вокзале всегда захожу в "grill kebab",если где то поблизости.очень там вкусный кофе.пока ни разу таких помоев в стакане не было.и еда также понравилась.

Здравствуйте , я заказывал шаурму 2 дня назад, на столько распущенного обслуживания я не ожидал, Сделал заказ девушка не огласила не сумму не сколько ждать заказа, мало того что я сидел наблюдал долгий разговор повара с как-то девушкой на зале (возможно подругой) во время выполнения моего заказа общался через стекло с этой девушкой, я ждал своего заказа примерно минут 10, при этом заказов небыло, хотел покушать перед работой.

Брала сегодня шаурму и осталась ОЧЕНЬ довольна. Скорость обслуживания на высоте, вкус не описуем, соотношение цена = качество приятно радует. Шаурма называлась Чили большая. Капусты в меру, мясо не пожалели, соус бомба. В общем полный восторг всем советую, а сама ещё планирую забегать.

Отличное место!!!! Хороший выбор по меню. Стандартно вкусная шаурма. Есть возможность перекусить внутри.
Расположена на шикарной локации и по этому не понятно, почему не работает 24/7???

Сочная шаурма с вкусным мясом и мяса - много. А ещё в ней есть маринованные огурчики - ммм все как я люблю! Как приезжаем в Минск, уже традиция скушать шаурму из Grill Kebab. У нас в Гомеле такой вкусной не обнаружено)
