About a year ago, I stopped buying burgers and pitas from this chain, before that I regularly took them to pamper myself on weekends. Now I decided to give it a chance, we ordered 2 different pita in VAIN. Firstly, the whole filling is cold, secondly, the buns under the stove used to be delicious and made crispy, now it's something indefinite, thirdly, the chicken is tough and without seasonings. The main conclusion is that it has become even worse. I advise the owner to optimize costs in a different way, rather than at the expense of customers.

We stood for 10 minutes with the baby in our arms at the cash register, and the girl just stood there, looked at us and chatted sweetly with a guy spinning a shawarma. After asking to serve us, she made such an expression on her face that she just didn't want to order anything there. Don't waste your time waiting for service.
