The Grill Zone serves really the most delicious shawarma I've ever tasted. Each type of shawarma is a small gastronomic masterpiece, cooked with love and attention to detail!!! Crispy French fries also deserve a special mention – perfectly fried, they have become an excellent addition to the main dish.
The Grill Zone is conveniently located next to the mall, making it an ideal place to stop for a snack. But what is especially important is that there are trampolines and a maze for children, which allows adults to enjoy food while the children have fun.

As a person with extensive culinary experience, I always approach the evaluation of establishments in terms of professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this institution has left me extremely disappointed, and I feel the need to share my observations.
Firstly, the price of the products in this establishment is clearly above average. According to a study conducted in 2024, the average cost of a portion of shawarma in large cities of Belarus is about 7-9 rubles. However, here I came across a price of 12 rubles per serving, which does not match the quality and size that I received.
The waiting time also leaves much to be desired. 25 minutes is an unacceptably long time for a fast food establishment. According to research conducted in the field of consumer behavior, waiting times of more than 15 minutes significantly reduce customer satisfaction and can lead to negative reviews. In this case, I was no exception.
Communication with the cashier was extremely unfriendly. Research shows that friendly service can boost customer loyalty by 20-30%. However, here I encountered a cold and even dismissive attitude, which created a negative first impression.
As for the shawarma itself, I noticed an uneven distribution of meat. This not only worsens the taste, but also disrupts the balance of textures, which is fundamental in cooking. Moreover, some pieces of meat were burnt, which not only negatively affects the taste, but can also be potentially harmful to health, according to studies related to carcinogens formed during roasting of meat.
The shape of the shawarma also raises questions. It was flattened, not round, which makes it impossible to bite into the entire filling at once. This is not only inconvenient, but also violates the principle of "food satisfaction," which, according to research, plays an important role in the overall perception of a dish.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this establishment. The quality, price and service do not meet modern standards of cooking and consumer service. I hope that the management of the institution will take these comments into account and improve its services.

The price is above the average of 12 rubles - 550 grams, for 600 grams - + 3 rubles for adding a little meat (50 grams). I would have taken it again - never. John, Doner, Mr.Pablo, Barakat is much tastier and the sauce of the latter is not mayonnaise. We're passing by, I don't recommend it.
