I am glad that the store is located 2 minutes from home and the operating mode allows you to buy something you need early in the morning or late at night. The range is acceptable, and that's where the advantages end. It's the first time in my life that I've met such a disgusting staff! I have never heard a "Hello" from the seller during a single visit to the store, even when you greet yourself. The cashier won't even look at you, his whole appearance will show contempt and discontent. And exceptional attention should be paid to the frequent queues that arise because the seller is sitting somewhere in a closet and crawls out (!) at a special invitation. It would probably be faster to go to another store for a chocolate bar than to wait 15 minutes in a queue of 3 people. It's also completely normal for them to snap at a customer if you didn't immediately specify whether you needed thick or compact cigarettes. As a person who works with people himself, such an attitude towards customers seems absolutely unacceptable!! Change jobs, and do not spoil people's mood if you can not cope and feel like horses in the field.
