I was being treated in the neurological department of post 2, the attending physician Denis Stanislavovich Fedyuk, I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff for their conscientious, professional work and friendly attitude towards all patients. Special thanks and my admiration to Denis Stanislavovich: I have never seen a doctor more sensitive and understanding of a patient's recovery than he is. Denis Stanislavovich, I am immensely grateful to you for your attentive attitude and professionalism! Thank you so much for the treatment! I wish you good health and success in all your endeavors!

After visiting (I came from Volkovysk), I felt like I had been to another world. From communication at the reception desk to medical care, everything is GREAT. Although they say that Minsk is even better.

Unfortunately, I had to enroll in this clinic for fgds, because there is no record in the whole city for a month in advance. I got to Cherniy A.V. Disgusting attitude, even at a paid reception. Fgds has been done repeatedly, there is something to compare it with, but I have never seen such a shitty attitude anywhere. Upon entering the office, no one asked about complaints, etc., they did not offer to freeze, which they always did (!), they immediately gave them consent to sign and immediately put it down (by the way, they did not tell them to take a towel with them when making an appointment, you don't expect this to happen, but fortunately, I took it for a reason, because they have the same size and are not provided, apparently). And after my question about freezing, they very reluctantly did it with the sarcastic words "if you think it will be easier for you and if you want to cough for a day, then we can do it, of course" (spoiler: I didn't cough at all). During the procedure, they didn't really talk about how to breathe, they didn't comment on what they saw on the screen - everything was silent. Again, it's good that I have an idea of the procedure, but if you do it for the first time and get to this doctor, then after such a negative experience it will hardly be possible to decide again. Then I had to claw out every word about my stomach from the doctor, he answered as reluctantly as possible, in monosyllables, I still did not understand the condition of my stomach and the rest, I heard only "gastritis" through my teeth and that was it. I also had to pull out information about how to get the result of the analysis for helicobacter (I ask, they say, when to expect r-t? Him: in 2 days. Me: will I get a call? He: No, no one will call you. Me: should I pick it up at the reception or what? He: come here to the office. Me: what time is it possible? He replied. Why can't you just tell me what kind of arrogance it is?) By the way, they took the analysis from me without asking! They just took it and confronted me with the fact of payment. Just a minute, they have the highest price in the city for the procedure (from 80 to 145p!, where in other places from 25 or 35p) What do they rely on when choosing and calculating the cost, if they don't ask a single question to the patient and don't know anything about me?! For what, for such an attitude?! In general, when making an appointment for FGDS, ask your doctor if you care who will perform the procedure and how.
