Why change them when this system is constantly crashing.If these problems are not fixed, I will complain to a higher authority. I'm just tired of calling an emergency.

The attitude towards people is terrible. Work is like a favor to them. Many people do not know how to do it correctly, it seems like one system, but everyone explains in different ways how to do what is right. I have to run around the offices. One window - they had to bring the documents themselves, then pick them up at the energy inspection and bring them back, this is one window for them.
