The worst service in Grodno! And now in order and in detail.
There was a problem with the computer. Constant blue screens, and the drive turned off completely after a couple of seconds of operation. I was looking for a workshop based on reviews and only in this service, the number of reviews and rating is sky-high, compared to other services.
After the diagnosis, the water cooling turned out to be defective. It needs to be changed. To the question: which one should I put specifically? There was an answer:
- I don't know yet what advice to give, everything is good and bad in its own way
The answer of a master with many years of experience🤡
I started consulting with friends "on the topic", reread a lot of things and eventually settled on a couple of models. But my friend warned me - ask the master exactly what length the coolers are. To which the answer was given:
- the size of yours. approximately 39-12-6

Should I drive 60km with a tape measure and measure exactly? Did I get into the circus? He's standing next to you with a bunch of tools! Can't you tell me for sure?! And a difference of a couple of mm can be critical.
Absolutely disregard for customers and their problems. The question of reducing voltage as one of the means of reducing temperature when nothing helps is ironic. "Let it work as bequeathed by Intel."
A day after the dropsy, they tell me that everything is OK and I'm going to pick it up, before asking if the computer holds a stress test. I saw the answer when I drove up to the service. The answer killed - 115 degrees under load!!!! 115!!! But Master Alexander's comment about this killed me even more.:
- I tested everything, nothing crashed. You understand that there is a small Crystal, but the fee is large, you can't trample on the laws of physics. This is a normal temperature.

I took the patient away, accepted that the processor was hot, upon arrival home I connected everything, started Photoshop, opened it on top of the temperature measurement and saw 100 degrees. Less than 2 minutes have passed since the start of work and I see a blue screen. 2 minutes!!! How and what could be tested and checked so that the blue screen came out after 2 minutes of operation?!?!
And then decided to open the same game. And I saw 110 degrees in it.
And according to Alexander, this is the norm 🤡
I didn't have time to take a couple of photos of the temperature screen as the computer turned off and rebooted with another blue screen. Since then, I have not turned it on and found another master.
He quickly found the problem.
Alexander did not remove the film from the cooling before installation.
The film. Alexander. Seriously?
How can a master with many years of experience not remove the film???
Before handing over the cooling to the workshop, my friends told me to remind the master to remove the film. But because of ethics and upbringing, I did not dare to make a remark to a specialist who understands this and takes money for it. It is not customary to enter someone else's monastery with your own charter. And now I have a question for the head of this basement:
- do you have masters who are really stupid or do they want to make clients like that?
No user, much less a master, will say that 115 degrees is the norm. If you see such temperatures, then find the reason! You know perfectly well that this is not normal! There is no need to make a fool of the client. Find the reason, fix the problem, or better yet, immediately admit your incompetence and do not waste customers' time and money if you are not sure.
How can I return a defective item after the fact?? How could it be tested if the computer crashed after 2 minutes? How?? You've had him for a week!! Alexander didn't even apologize for his own joint!! This is basic politeness! All he could answer to the photo I sent with the film not taken was
"Maybe yesterday, due to the heavy workload, I overlooked something." Maybe then you don't need to take so many orders if you don't have time to do IT NORMALLY?
For some reason, another master's stress test showed 65 degrees, which is the norm for this cooling system.
I would set 0 to this service, but it is impossible to set less than 1. We will leave this 1 point for a refund without any questions.
