From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the team of the Grodno real Estate Agency for their help in selling an apartment in Grodno! Initially, we were looking for a local company, we did not want to give the object to major market players and we were not mistaken.
Given the complexity of the transaction (sale of non-resident property by proxy), irregularities or refusal to cooperate were expected, but Igor immediately endeared himself with professionalism and confidence in success from the first phone conversation.
The notary issues were resolved incredibly quickly. The buyer was found literally in the next month. I was pleasantly surprised that Igor did not "break" the price, as many do, and the apartment went for the agreed price.
Many thanks to Nadezhda: nothing would have happened without her! By proxy, she closed all issues, starting from utility bills and taxes, ending with the transfer of money and the transfer of documents abroad. It was a pleasure to work with a professional in his field! Agree, this rarely happens. 🙂

I especially want to mention Agent Ekaterina! From the first call, from the first words, she endeared herself, instilled confidence in the deal, explained all the smallest details, met with us on a day off. Buying an apartment is responsible and exciting, and even more so we are not from Grodno, but from the Brest region! However, we easily agreed on everything, met at a convenient time for us, and in 2 trips we made a deal, besides with a mortgage. Today our son lives in the very heart of Grodno, in a cozy and fully furnished apartment, he is happy, and we are even more so!

Grodno real estate agency is the best agency in our city! High-level professionals work here. I would like to express special gratitude to the pleasant, attentive and very responsible Ekaterina Vuvunikyan, who was our agent and kept us informed of events throughout the entire period of the transaction (which lasted a month). Also, many thanks to Director Roman Smirnov, a man who knows how to find ways out of the most difficult and unforeseen situations.
It all started with the fact that we decided to sell the apartment on our own without involving intermediaries, relying on our own strength (we always believed that intermediaries in this matter were an unnecessary link and unreasonable expenses). As time passed, potential buyers kept coming to inspect the apartment, but they were in no hurry to part with the money, because the purchase is very serious and expensive. There have also been repeated calls from various real estate agencies in our city to help with the sale, but none of them offered anything concrete. We were offered a real buyer only at this agency.
The transaction turned out to be non-standard and very difficult, since the buyer was abroad. During the transaction, difficulties arose repeatedly due to the current political situation and financial constraints (we were informed about this after the end of the transaction), the transaction could have failed for reasons beyond the control of the parties. However, Roman Alexandrovich solved all issues in a timely manner, each time resorting to non-standard solutions to emerging problems. This once again underlines his experience, high professionalism and knowledge of his business. During the entire transaction, we never had to worry, we just waited.

A very good real estate agency, where highly qualified specialists work. In my opinion, the best thing in Belarus. Our family had a difficult situation. Real estate (namely, an apartment in Slonim), and we ourselves live in another country. Plus, this apartment had to be sold. And so.
