So this object of the vehicle (distribution network) came into my field of vision. Very, very good. Almost great for its format. Of the advantages: - there are self-service cash desks (CSR), Pennies sin (Forev's tautology) in long queues due to the small number of cash desks; - assortment (for this format); - an hour before closing, there is almost no one (the main contingent is already preparing to go to bed))). Of the cons: - harm is CSR, but some items still need to be bought at a "regular" checkout, or the only cashier runs to confirm purchases on CSR.

A very good hypermarket. But there are often flaws .These include : Shortage and lack of : price tags on some products . In some shifts , there is a lack of good and accurate laying out of vegetables and fruits in a place for vegetables and fruits . Carelessness in the condition with price tags from different sides on the goods in the boxes . Price tags should be everywhere and in large quantities on every product right on the boxes in addition to those price tags that are on top. There is no information about any product at all . As well as the neatness in the careful layout of goods that are laid out in bulk in boxes . Sometimes, in some shifts, the goods are simply scattered and there are no special people watching the goods that are most in demand. It is also obvious that there are not enough cashiers who work very well . But there are few of them, and often they do not sit at all the cash desks . Since they have to go out and lay out the goods additionally . These necessary people should be enough at the checkout, as well as those who post the goods. It is immediately noticeable that such a small composition does not cope in the hall throughout the hypermarket store. There is a shortage of existing staff, as well as a specialist manager in each shift, who must immediately respond to very fast service of people, namely, to cope with the management of cashiers and employees who immediately lay out and deliver goods from cars and warehouses. There is a sharp shortage of service goods , especially in places where an operational management process for all personnel is constantly needed , these are places with fruits and vegetables and other goods, where buyers gather and pick up goods . There should be a fast process of helping customers to purchase goods and delivery of goods when there is not enough or it runs out. These are all observations so far, in order to attract even more customers to purchase food products.

A store with a basic range of products, affordable prices, so be prepared for queues, which, thanks to fast and active cashiers, will not last long.The products are fresh and neatly arranged on the shelves.There is also a small selection of household goods, cleaning products, and sometimes interesting things come across, such as a yoga mat.Shopping is a long time ago! A good store. There are not many people during the day on weekdays, but it is always full in the evening) there you can meet old acquaintances who have not been seen for a long time :-) there are long queues before the holidays, of course. Now there is a self-service area. Personally, I really like it. But there are many people who are afraid to punch the goods themselves and make the payment.

A huge selection of goods. It is enough to choose both household products and edible ones. The quality of the product is good. The food is always of proper quality. The staff is not conflicted, they work at full strength. There are a lot of ticket offices, at least 2 always work. When there is a large influx of people, the queues are hellish huge.
