But I ran into an unpleasant situation, we were in the store with a child who is not yet 3 years old, the child wanted to go to the toilet, approached the store staff, asked if the child could be taken to the toilet with them, to which I was told that visitors to the store were not allowed to go to the toilet. For a moment, it's winter outside -10 degrees. There was no time to stand and argue or beg to be allowed there, we had to quickly decide where to take the child, because he could not stand it for long. I understand perfectly well that no one owes us anything, but you can be a little more loyal, anyone can get into such a situation.
