I visited this institution with a girl on 11/23/2019, no service, at 20.30 we came and made an order at about 20.40, the order was as follows: 1 Georgian salad, tea, chakapuli and dumplings with cheese, tea and salad were brought almost immediately, but the dumplings were prepared for about an hour and 20 minutes, half an hour later they came friends of the administrator of this institution who brought their entire order within 20 minutes, when after an hour we asked the waiter where our order was, he replied that the chakapuli was ready and the dumplings broke during cooking and the order was redone, they said in 10 minutes at most everything would be brought, after 25 minutes when the order was not brought, we they asked again about our order and after 5 minutes a miracle happened and the dumplings were brought, as a result, 3 dumplings were cooked for an hour and a half and I am not exaggerating now, and there were literally 3 dumplings, but the chakapuli did not bring, when I asked the waiter where the order was, they replied that they needed to wait another 10 minutes since the order was being prepared, and it is unclear why the waiter said 40 minutes ago that the order was ready??? After that, I asked for an invoice and cancellation of the order, since we waited an hour and a half for at least dumplings to be transferred to us and there was no longer any desire or time to wait, and at the same minute my order was brought, the food was awesome and delicious, but the attitude towards visitors is below the baseboard, the bill came out 170k and made a 30k discount, but not this discount and not the fact that there is delicious food will not make me come to this institution anymore, and somehow recommend it to anyone, by the way, there were only 4 tables in the hall with visitors, including us, thank you for a spoiled evening and for the delicious food.
