I waited for the driver for 20 minutes, as the dispatcher announced, then the driver dialed and delayed for another 15 minutes. As a result, the driver considers it easy for me for 5 minutes. The dispatcher redirects the claims, but does not solve them. Dishonest and not punctual. I do not recommend dealing with this company.
