We also got to master Olga, she also listened to everything, clarified the points, took everything into account. My dog and I are just thrilled to be staying with the girls. We got there purely by accident and are very pleased that we were so lucky.

The owner of the salon is a person for whom love for animals is only words, the main thing is profit, and she doesn't care about the fate of the puppies she sold, the main thing is to get money.
I bought a puppy from her, I still haven't received any documents, and the purchase and sale agreement hasn't been finalized. I still don't know the dog's age. I haven't received the promised passport for almost six months now. And it turned out that when we picked up the puppy, the breeder Tamara Nahadi was in the hospital, I hope this is true. We believed it and picked up the puppy at this salon, paying the money as agreed, believing that we would be able to stop by and pick up all the documents for the dog.
But no matter how many times we visited, the answer was the same, there is no money, the documents are somewhere, but none of the employees can find them. I promised to send it by mail, but I never did, and all shipments were checked at the post office.
The age of the dog was not found out, it was immediately written in correspondence 4, 5 months later, 3 months later, when my son called, because I was blocked on all networks, it turned out that the puppy was 2 months younger. So we were left with a beautiful puppy, but without documents confirming his pedigree, to receive the first vaccinations.
Don't believe this man. Greed and nothing else.

I liked the salon, the beautiful interior, the polite staff, there is no unpleasant smell of raw wool at the entrance, as happens in other salons. There is a discount system. And the most important thing is that our dog is happy to go to the groomer's procedures. We did an express molt - clean, soft, fluffy and smells nice.

Worse than here, our dog has not yet been sheared. Yesterday, there were just no words and tears flowed from seeing the horror that was done to my dog. They just shaved off half of the head of the Breed, which should always be voluminous and lush, the eyes were dirty from tears, and they remained! The paws were overgrown and long-and they remained! They tortured the dog for 4 hours, so they haven't done anything with him properly yet! I have never seen my dog in such a bad condition and so tired. We didn't have time to go to our groomer, we decided to come here for once-very wrongly and very sorry! There are simply no words and there is not enough anger for such incompetents

We regularly took the dog for trimming, everything is fine! Now we have an elderly cat, it's hard for him to wash and we take him to the sink and an ozone bath. We are taking away the luxurious Barsik✨
Here we washed the cat TWICE from vaseline oil (after enemas in the clinic). The vet told us to wash the cat once every two weeks, but after washing here, the Badger needs washing much less often!!! Thanks

They brought the cat for combing. A calm cat. We warned the master that we trimmed the claws ourselves and we don't need it. As a result, after 5 minutes, they said that the cat was aggressive and jumped on the wall. They brought us a terribly angry cat!!! The cat was so aggressive that it had to be released right into the car, not into the carrier!!! Only then did they see that all four paws were covered in blood!!!
Terrible!! At home, the cat is still scared!!
We used to visit clinics, I was always calm. I'm sure it's the staff!!
Perhaps they tried to cut off the already cut claws..
In general, the animal is scared and injured!!
I do not advise ...
The room stank very much, I would not be surprised if there is also unsanitary conditions!!!(((

After the haircut, the specialist told me to cut off the dog's EGGS!!! How do you respond to this? For 2-3 years, everything has changed for the worse, they regularly cut the poodle for Kaganz 2 everything was fine, they were periodically invited to be a model, but the groomer who does not know how to handle animals at all (does not like animals) changed every time she says that she is a non-trainer, changed at the reception who does not remember either the breed of dogs or their the owners . Tell the groomer to at least have a haircut, perform his duties, and the poodle is 5 years old and has been trained for a long time, and will be smarter than she and the one who sits at the reception!!! On July 13, 2024, they even managed to bring us a place for a poodle, a hefty mongrel that they then ran around the Kagan and caught!!! Is the cost of cutting a small poodle 110p a little bit? Bring back a normal specialist who worked for you 2 - 3 years ago!

They brought the cat for a haircut. We were told to pick him up in 1.5 hours. They called back after 15 minutes, said that the cat was aggressive, take it away, we will not cut it. As a result, the frightened animal was taken away, time and nerves were wasted. That's the service!!!

Professionals in their field! I'm giving my Jack Russell for an express molt and an ultrasound tooth cleaning. I am very pleased with the work itself and the result: all the masters are professionals, the dog is not afraid of anyone, and goes to the procedures with pleasure. After express molting, there is noticeably less hair, practically none (it depends on which period of the dog's molt you hand it over: at the beginning, in the middle or at the end), there are many recommendations for pet care. Ultrasound teeth cleaning without sedation! I drive from the other side of the city and I don't think about changing this place! I thank all the masters!

All owners are very pleased when their beloved children evoke enthusiastic glances, it was such glances that my dogs caused after Irina's comprehensive care, strangers come up on the street with questions: "Oh, where did you get a haircut like that? And what beautiful paws, etc. Looking at Irina's work, I always wanted and dreamed of learning how to cut my dogs as well, and not only my own! And now this cherished day has come, I have enrolled in school Grymer.by !!!! And I have never regretted it! Irina is not only a supergrumer, but also a colossal teacher.Thank you very much, the time was well spent, the training flew by in one breath. I had a dream to master the profession of a groomer for a long time, but I was able to realize it only a month ago, after completing a training course in all-breed grooming at school _groomer.by
My teachers were Irina Lepikhina and Tamara Mozol.
They are great professionals and talented teachers.
The course was designed for 2 weeks (daily classes except Saturdays and Sundays).
The course program considered (in theory and in practice) the main shearing dog breeds.
A separate lesson was devoted to safety when working with animals, the choice of tools for work, their varieties and disinfection, hygiene, and a review of professional cosmetics.
Practical classes were held on specially invited models of a wide variety of breeds.
Irina taught how to distinguish dog breeds, explained all the features and subtleties of the coat of each breed. I learned how to fix animals correctly, how to handle restless and fidgety pets. In practice and in theory, haircut schemes were worked out.
The training practice included the correct positioning of the hand, various shearing techniques, the ability to cut with a machine, use different blades and nozzles depending on the type of animal hair.
Irina also helped us with choosing a professional tool in a specialty store.
I consider Irina to be a talented groomer-teacher and a wonderful person. With her help, I mastered the basic subtleties of haircuts for various dog breeds, learned how to trim them. I understand which tool and which professional cosmetics should be applied to a particular breed.
Irina, thank you for giving us excellent knowledge and skills. Keep sharing your knowledge. Good luck with everything and a Happy New Year to you!!! 🎄🤗❤️
