Его бы снести было бы неплохо, большинство гаражей с дырявой крышей. Дети часто бегают по крыше, что не безопасно. Периодически горят гаражи, причём возгорание происходит изнутри. Есть вероятность взрыва газовых баллонов, если хранятся в гараже или установлены в машине (ГБО).
