Yesterday there was no Internet all day, the debt of 186 UAH is displayed, and I have paid everything, I called for half a day to figure it out - it's useless! They are so comfortable. The Internet appeared this morning as if nothing had happened... I'm looking for another supplier. I understand everything and cables are stolen, and other breakdowns may occur, but how do you know about it if they freeze constantly and do not take the phone.

The quality of services has become terrible, the quality of the Internet service has become terrible. They demand money for everything, even for those services that are free under the terms of the contract, technical support, never responds normally, you can hang on the line for 30 minutes and not wait for a response. There is no round-the-clock support in principle! Technicians are rude and try to fool you into pumping money out of the blue. The company has gone from being a good and developing company to just a bottom !
