In total, I spent 10 days at the Russian Orthodox Church, 5 in pathology and 5 in the maternity ward (we rented a family-type ward) Despite all the difficulties and pain, childbirth remained a pleasant memory in my soul, thanks to the kind attitude, everything was focused as much as possible on preserving my peace of mind. Exactly from the moment I crossed the threshold, and for the whole 10 days, I was just pleasantly perplexed by the People around me. From the examples: - I've never carried my things there, there are shopping carts where they are transported for you) - everyone (regardless of their position) talks very kindly, quietly, and doesn't get mad if you're being dumb at some points, they'll explain it again) - in each ward of the pathology department there is a cube on the wall from which you can hear "honey, let's go donate blood" or "girls, have breakfast" - careful examinations, it never hurt + they talk about every action I went into labor on my own, felt all sorts of delights of contractions, but in the end they did CS. And to be honest, I didn't want to, the operation was quick and easy, the anesthesiologist also managed to amuse me) Many thanks to everyone who operated on me on 12/06/24 In the intensive care unit, they didn't take their eyes off me, they treated me with understanding, I remembered a very comfortable bed)) After that, since the ward was located on the floor of the maternity ward, my husband and I were helped by the whole department in matters with the child, some with business, some with advice. It was really easier, because despite the courses we had completed, our eyes were huge, and we had our first child. I am writing with tears in my eyes, because from bitter experience I was very worried, but I was very surprised that such a cool attitude could be in a medical institution. In general, a big human thank you to everyone involved, you are wonderful, kind, understanding!

Be prepared for the fact that there will be a pipeline in the operating room and no one will look at your weakness, etc. I would like to draw your attention to the pharmacy located in the 9th building, 2nd floor, when buying the drug in April 2025, the expiration date is 05.2025, and mainly to the drug that is important at a certain stage of IVF. And after an unsuccessful procedure, they will tell you with a smile in your eyes, "it's okay, my patients were changed on the 5th or 7th attempt." We contacted my husband about IVF at this center, and on our first visit we were given a list of tests and examinations to enter the protocol, of course, we had to take all the tests for a fee (more than 1,000 were spent) during the time we were preparing, the doctor who took us quit and with the results we were already enrolled in another doctor, who stated that the referral no one would give me IVF, she prescribed meaningless procedures and behaved as incompetently as possible, she was not at all happy that I came and prevented her and the nurse from discussing their personal lives (they were sitting with her husband at the door and everything was audible) I ran away from there in tears, I don't go there anymore, by the way, we do IVF in another place and everything is fine.

Terrible staff! After donating blood for biochemistry in the first semester, a rude woman called and told me about the risks. What are the risks???? I couldn't get an answer from her, because she doesn't have the right to disclose information over the phone. Does she have the right to frighten pregnant women with her risks???? Incompetent actions of doctors led me to an EX, and the child to pneumonia. I gave birth here a couple of years ago and only now decided to give a review, because every time I remember all the horror that I had to go through, I get goosebumps and tears come. I had a well-progressing pregnancy without pathologies. I signed a paid contract and was admitted to the pathology department at 41 weeks due to slightly elevated blood pressure. The birth began on its own a day after that. I must say right away that my husband and I approached pregnancy thoroughly, prepared, passed all possible examinations in order to exclude unpleasant consequences for our health and the health of the baby. The pathology department is like a circus: you can't get through to the doctors, and neither can the nurses. The contractions began at 3 p.m. I recorded the CTG myself, brought it to the post and informed that I had started the labor process. They smiled at me and said it was a training session. Training in 40 weeks?! I returned to the ward, prepared for childbirth, and lay down. At 9 p.m., when I was already starting to twist in pain, I came back to the post, to which the nurse at the post said that she was ill and that she would go to lie down, and instructed me to record CTG again and leave on duty. A doctor will come and take a look. In general, I went to the prenatal room at 11 a.m. at a 5 cm opening, along with an excited doctor who ran into the room and said in surprise: "Why didn't you tell me you were in labor?" It's a comedy! Prenatal is a separate tragedy. I was literally bullied. When she asked to conduct examinations more carefully, and not with all the nonsense, the male doctor pushed the cervix with his fingers with the words: "That's how it will hurt you later, honey, and 5 cm of disclosure is bullshit." Well, yes, he knows better. Then I felt sick, my eyes went dark with pain, they poured a glass of cold water over me and I barely reached the ward. A bubble was punctured without any apparent indication. The waters were clear and did not leak. They didn't want to inject oxytocin, they were obsessed with natural childbirth. They promised a spinal 6-7 cm, but as a result, the same male doctor came later than expected and said: "But we won't put it on already, I overslept." 20 hours of hellish contractions and at the opening of 9 cm, the child's heartbeat was lost, they cooked. The result: the child has pneumonia and hypoxia. They overexposed, did not put oxytocin, the child was without water for 15 hours. The reason for what happened is obvious. I didn't have time to open my eyes in the intensive care unit, the doctor came running and began to assure me that it was my fault, that maybe I had an infection and that's why the child had such diagnoses. And this was ruled out, since I was fully examined before and during pregnancy, all the tests were in perfect condition for all 9 months. Obviously, this was said so that I would not start proceedings. Low and mean. And so exhausted from the pain and the situation, the mother also tried to instill a sense of guilt absolutely unjustifiably. There are no questions about the observation department, where I was lying afterwards: everything is at a decent level. The child was transferred to the infectious diseases department for newborns on the 8th day after delivery. There I was greeted with the words "finally the mother has come, take the child already" (as if I had been relaxing at the resort before).All the doctors and nurses here don't care what happens to you, they treat the child. No one could even show you how to apply it to your chest. The child was not washed after poop, in dirty diapers, with a stuck ass. I couldn't calm down, imagining that my child had been cared for like this for all these 8 days. But my husband brought several packages of wet wipes and diapers three times in 8 days. Was it really difficult to wipe the baby's ass? Change into clean diapers? And for the first day the child was just slowed down (obviously, the children were calmed down by something, since there were practically no screams from the children, and my ward was behind the wall from them). When asked why the child is so sluggish, they replied that it was after treatment. Although the next day he became more cheerful, began to cry and move. The department is shabby, the repair is Soviet, my ass on the bed reached the floor because of the stretched springs, even though I weighed 64 kg. Well, the cherry on the cake is the staphylococcus detected in the child on the 7th day of his stay, which they also accused me of with a smile (although I was not ill with it). In general, after what I've been through, I'm not sure that I want to give birth again, not like in this hospital, but at all. And the most terrible thing is that almost every girl I met after giving birth in the department was also urgently caesarean. Sadness. I hope this review will be noticed and something will change thanks to it.

They were placed in one block with infected pneumonia, not only does a person have skin problems (it falls off like scales from a fish)and so it is all over the body.(it stinks just awful)Don't go to the toilet and shower (wherever you want)there is one bathroom for the entire block.Has anyone thought about small children at all???No, but why!!!!! They asked the girls for help from the head of the Rusetskaya Vera Mikhailovna, to which they received an answer:what can I do, in such a ton (what do you want from me) They just turned us down and didn't help us in any way, as she told us to check everyone out. Doctors also have to ask something, someone responds with aggression, as if we are not people. Make one plus the nurses and the girls on duty are the best staff that there was. Therefore, consider whether it is worth giving birth to a Mother and Child. I would never have thought, but they praise me so much, it's just disgusting, Take urgent action!!!!!

Good day. I decided to share my opinion about the RNPC "Mother and Child". I gave birth on 03/15/2024, I am very grateful to the intensive care unit (specifically to the shift on 15 and 16.03), everything was at a very decent and professional level. Next, the postpartum department (3rd floor), in principle, I am very happy with everything, except for the "neonatologist, head of the department Elena Vladimirovna Bolbatovskaya," who made daily rounds. The situation is like this. In this maternity hospital, for some reason, the navel of babies is not processed, and to the question of moms "how, when, how to process the navel of the baby", Elena Vladimirovna's answer is "now nothing, when it falls off - hydrogen peroxide 3%, green". A week passes, the discharge. The navel did not fall off and was not even going to). We arrived home and waited for the navel to fall off on the recommendation of this super "doctor". The baby, of course, was not bathed, they did not put it on the tummy (although this "doctor" strongly recommended putting the baby on the tummy with a clothespin of a couple of centimeters). We are waiting.. Two weeks after giving birth, the navel does not fall off. We contact a doctor at the place of residence. As it turned out, the navel of a newborn should be processed from the first days of the little man's life. As parents for the first time, we are not doctors, we did not have information and followed the recommendation of the great mind of the doctor "do not touch the navel." The result: the baby did not dry out, did not heal, as a result: suppuration. We spent two days in the hospital under observation. It fell off on the 18th day after birth, after the intervention of doctors at the place of residence. Nerves, tears, pain, worries about your baby. Now the navel is healing and taking on a human appearance. I would like to warn expectant mothers. After all, if we hadn't gone to the doctor in time, we don't know what would have happened to the baby and his navel. The worst maternity hospital. I fell for the reviews, I regretted it. The pathology department is a nightmare for a pregnant woman, they do not explain anything, they do not show, you learn information from other girls, the staff is unhappy, as if you came to their house, if you are worried, they give a normal CTG machine from under a stick and then, not always. It's scary to start giving birth there. The postpartum physiology department on the 3rd floor is even worse. Most of the pediatric nurses are rude, they do not want to help, the child was forced to be taken away after the COP with threats in the morning, although I could not breathe normally, not to walk), arguing that an hour after the operation you are obliged to stay together. The pediatrician in charge is a separate character - after the first night with the child, when asked about nutrition, she stupidly got rude in response, threatening to take the child to the IV, labeling it "an anxious mother". When asked to wipe the eyes of a child, the nurse sends to the doctor, the doctor to the nurse))) the tests are taken because, not from the first time it turned out, they tortured the child. Applying it normally to the chest has not been shown how, lying the child on the pillow, this is blasphemy, the consultant on gw was horrified. Therefore, the normal gw came out immediately at home only. You are never informed in advance about the procedures, you find out about the blood test with porridge in your mouth and the screams of the staff why you are eating. They began to refuse pain relief, arguing that after a few days it was not supposed to, and what hurt was not their problem. In general, there is a lot of trash. The cherry on the cake - before discharge, they did an ultrasound on which there were clots, the doctor decided to send them for a walk for a couple of days and exiled them to the residential complex, relieving himself of responsibility, as a result, I am still lying in the hospital for the third week, raking out the consequences. There were 32 degrees of heat in the wards, which provoked the most terrible painful edema (ps on the day of discharge at home, they came off immediately). Normal departments there are only intensive care and gynecology. They say it's okay in the observatory, too. In general, think hard about whether you should trust your health and the health of your child to this wonderful place.

But the whole impression was overshadowed by the separation after childbirth. There, first-time mothers will not be told anything. You can't ask for an extra mixture. The response to the request is "breastfeed." And when the child developed colic, which was later confirmed by the pediatrician, the answer was "did you sleep during the day? Well, the child has already realized that you are his mother and just wants to come to you." In one word, horror. I wanted to escape faster. All 5 stars are generic. The next squad doesn't deserve one.
