I would like to leave a grateful review to vertebrologist, surgeon Artemy Igorevich Gontsov and head of the department Sergey Vladimirovich Zaretsky. Oncology gave complications to the spine, my father practically did not walk anymore. In 2021, after CT and MRI, I was diagnosed with a terrible Glioblastoma of the brain in the stage of malignancy. The tumor was huge and they didn't take me for surgical treatment. They were sent back to the provincial Columns to live out their lives.Then, by the grace of God, I was finally hospitalized in the Department of neurosurgery and I was successfully operated on by the head of the department, Yuri Nikolaevich Grachev. The operation was long and difficult. The remains of the tumor (it turned out that it was a benign meningioma) were set on fire by radiation on a GAMMA KNIFE device. I couldn't get up for a long time after the operation, I wanted to eat all the time after hormone injections. I gained 40 kilograms and walked with a stick. Now I am practically healthy, I am registered with an oncologist, a neurologist and a psychiatrist. I have a second disability group. Many thanks to Yuri Nikolaevich and the entire Department of Neurosurgery of the Russian National Research Center of Oncology.

It's an extremely poor place in every way. The doctors are burned out, mostly incompetent. For example, after another chemotherapy, I was prescribed a CT scan, which was not necessary. Rumyantsev's doctor demanded an MRI scan at the reception, drove to make an appointment - they signed up for October. Then I was told that I didn't need an appointment for October, but I needed to get an MRI scan for a fee as soon as possible, anywhere. The following week, Rumyantseva found that the MRI scan was not enough, and I was sent to have the discs revised in another case. For reference, I have a compression fracture of the spine, it's not easy to move. And all this in order to give me a conclusion for transfer to the city dispensary, because "you have nothing to do with us." I would like to note that for cancer patients, a delay in treatment per week can have sad consequences. But, apparently, the procedure is more important to the doctors. In addition to the "wonderful" doctors, the food is disgusting, there are smoking patients and staff everywhere, and the condition of the wards is deplorable. Endless queues, rude nurses. It would seem that the republican level, but in fact it is not.

I was struck by the scale of medical services provided in one geolocation. All employees are responsive. Paid services, of course, bite, but it's not a pity to pay for a high level of specialists. Many thanks to oncologist I. V. Zabavsky. The attentive attitude of the doctor, a competent approach and clarification of information in an accessible form for the patient, bore fruit: calmness and 100% understanding of what, how and why. Thank you to the doctor and for your time in an unlimited, standard, time interval. I just want the Administration to pay attention to the quality of the products, the completeness of the investment and the calculation in the fast food cafe with hot food located in the lobby. Undoubtedly, the disadvantages, as in many public places, are toilets. Cleanliness, disinfection are uncontrollably neglected, and soap, hand drying, toilet paper - there are even no traces of their past stay. Another disadvantage: the complete absence of bottled water in the corridors with disposable cups for patients and visitors. This led to confusion, since visitors are often people with ailments and, accordingly, medical facilities should be equipped with drinking water for visitors. All the shortcomings, of course, are fixable, since the main base is qualified doctors with a decent level of education, a competent approach to their duties, complementing personal practice.

My stepfather was diagnosed with grade 2 cancer in Grodno, and he was sent to Minsk to a polyclinic to an onco-surgeon for consultation. He came on his own feet, sat in line for half a day, was told to take tests and undergo an ultrasound. We looked at it, come to the probe in a week. A week later, I was already carrying him in a wheelchair. We looked at it and said sign up for an operation in Grodno. It was again a week later. In Grodno, he was diagnosed with group 4 cancer. The oncologist communicated rudely, as did his nurse. Nobody cares about someone else's trouble. God is their judge.

We were sent to consult an oncologist at this wonderful institution. Disgusting attitude towards patients. In room 206, the doctor drove over the fact that I was allegedly late for an appointment on a ticket. When recording, NO ONE said the time of the reception, NO one said that it was necessary to arrive before the time of the reception and get a card at the reception desk. The doctor communicated with such obscenity and arrogance, as disgustingly as possible. They kicked me out for a gynecological kit and told me to come and sit in line again. As soon as the set was purchased, and the queue was waited for again, they were sent to another branch. In another department, I had to wait in line for more than 2 hours. The doctor Artemyeva Tatyana Petrovna REFUSED to perform an examination with her own gynecological kit, explaining that I was in hellish pain, it was said that I had to endure, since I was sick and I would have cancer. The examination was extremely painful. I also want to note that the doctor takes photographs of uterine pathologies on a mobile device. The doctor also showed pictures of ANOTHER patient. The most terrible attitude and staff, treat patients like animals. I sincerely hope that the management will see the review and influence such situations.

For the first time, we applied to the RMPC of Oncology with the hope that they would help us there, that they had the best equipment and qualified specialists (So we thought!) But what was our disappointment, after seeing the doctor Surovikina ((( the doctor's attitude to the patient from the first minute of the conversation was terrible, rude, not tactful. The consultation took several minutes. They did not explain anything, did not offer treatment options. A rude, ill-mannered lady who takes the wrong place. In such places, people need at least some kind of support and kind words, but this doctor can only pass sentence and at the same time smile looking into your eyes. A terrible doctor, God forbid to get to her.

When will there be a HUMAN ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENTS in this clinic ! Today, on 02/07/2023, I received a lot of negative behavior and responses while waiting in line under room 126 of the polyclinic. To answer the question, introduce yourself to one of the doctors.I haven't received any response from the staff. Where are the badges, where is the full name of all employees of this institution!? When asked about finding the Complaint Book, I was told that the director had it! Is she supposed to be there behind five doors? But what about the first requirement for the Complaint Book? Please explain to me in writing how the CT decoding works and how the patients who are passing later, for 2 hours!!!! They leave before those who have been there since 9 o'clock! The queue of patient cards does not correspond to the queue for issuing a ready response! All people just want a human attitude towards themselves in any office and waiting for the whole day under its doors!!!! I am waiting for an answer and my next appeal will be on the Health Care website. P.S. The name of the medical worker could not be found out from her the second time

This is with a seriously ill person, but those who came later take them first.Why is there a time record in this institution if people sit for hours and call selectively who liked them more?But they brought a prisoner and didn't have to sit in line, they assembled a whole council and didn't have to go to the offices. All the conditions are right, but veterans of labor and medal-bearers sit and wait, or if it's hard, then it doesn't matter how long you sit, you're no longer a tenant for them. And if there are connections, then the doctor will even ask if the right patient is on the phone, it doesn't matter that the patient is already at the reception, almost unconscious.

At the specified time, they were called to the doctor's office in order to inform us that the appointment would be paid in a general queue and there was a large queue of patients in front of us. When asked about the waiting time, they replied that it was not an hour and perhaps not even two. We turned to the head of the department, the answer is simple: "If you need the advice of our specialist, wait." Considering that we signed up in the first days of the month at the end of the month, we wasted so much time, but we never received the service. I do not recommend contacting this medical institution.

In the service sector , if a customer complains , the staff is punished with a ruble . Why are there so many negative reviews (we also had to face more than once in this center and clinic ) the staff is not changing for the better. If the medical staff works only well for tips, provide a price list!

The attitude is terrible and completely indifferent. I have been there 3 times with my sick father. I understand that salaries are small, but then why do you go to work in this area? I lost my 47-year-old dad! Because of one mistake in your treatment, as it turned out later. I don't want any clarifications and trials, it won't bring him back to me. I just want people who have at least one opportunity not to apply here to choose another institution. Of course, I thank the heads of the department, what for $, they still put my father in the hospital, on the date assigned to him, and also found medicines that, before that, were apparently not provided to him.

There are NO DOCTORS working there, the attitude is terrible, human life has been put on a conveyor belt, no one needs anything. We were observed by Joseph Felixovich Shishlo and in the hospital, then apparently he was kicked out of the department and he is sitting at the reception in the polyclinic, he does not care that you are a person, I do not know how such people can be doctors. The chemotherapists in room 247 can't answer any questions at all, just "I don't know."
