The second time I would have stayed at this hotel! ❌Of the disadvantages: 1. Not recent issues! 2. The location is terrible. 3. The view from the window is terrible!!!! 4. Construction work is underway around the hotel, sometimes the room is shaking and vibration + noise is felt. 5. There is always a queue at breakfast – you have to stand with plates and wait until you are seated at some table and with one of the other guests (I think you will remember this when you check in and go to breakfast). 6. Even at the reception, all the chairs are in such a state as if they were dragged from a dumpster. I give two stars only for the staff and the fact that the room was cleaned every day! But I don't recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. The hotel is open for 2024, but it is already a little closed. On the plus side: room cleaning every day, and towel replacement. The staff is very friendly and, most importantly, helpful. Clean!! Many restaurants have opened nearby for Russians who are close in spirit. Markets and cargo are also here.

We spent a day in this place, although I was booked for a week. There is no such censored word to express the emotions received in this hotel. No one speaks either Russian or English, or any European or Oriental language at all, except for immigrants from Central Asia, of whom there is an abundance, like in our Kotelniki, the level of the criminogenic situation is similar. The room is not just dirty and worn, after opening the door upon check-in, a cloud of cigarette smoke fell out of there. They refused to change it, the bed and everything around it was smoked with cigarette smoke, we barely spent one night there. It's a long way to the subway, unless of course you're suicidal and decide to walk through the slums and railway tracks in the evening.... The breakfast was good
