From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Yana, Anton, and Yulia from the front desk, along with the housekeeping team, were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. They ensured our stay was smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, each featuring its own unique interior design that added a personal touch. Amenities were more than adequate, including a well-stocked minibar. The overall atmosphere was cozy yet stylish suitable for relaxation. Considering the service, location, and comfort, the price was very reasonable and absolutely worth it. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—whether for business or leisure.

A good spa, though without a pool, but the hammam is not bad, the infrared sauna with salt is excellent. The staff is friendly and good-natured. When we checked in, we told and explained everything. Thanks a lot to Anton at the reception.
