Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We stayed in this apartment and were absolutely delighted. The room is very clean, bright and cozy. There is a special place in the house where you can safely change clothes and leave your gear. The ski lifts are just a 5-minute walk away. And, of course, we would like to express our gratitude to Dmitry! He was always in touch, helped me figure out the payment, told me in detail where it was best to relax and spend time, and helped me call a transfer. Thank you for your approach to the guests! The rest was a success, there were only positive emotions. Let's come back here again!

Great vacation!!! To say that we REALLY enjoyed it is to say nothing. There is a piece of the heart left in Georgia and all this is due to the incredible combination of atmosphere and warm welcome that Dmitry, the owner of the apartment, organized for us. He helped us with the transfer (his driver Gia is just an ace in his business) Dmitry sent all the information about the apartment, Ski Depo in advance and gave good advice on where to change money and told about other useful nuances, he was always in touch. (I hope we didn't bother him with our questions :- )) Now about the apartment - The view of the church and the snow-capped mountains leads to indescribable delight. The apartments themselves are very clean, cozy, and warm.We felt at home. There is everything you need for a carefree holiday. Everything that is written in the description of the apartment is true and even more. Very convenient location. Everything is just a stone's throw away from the house: starting from the first highway and the cable car, ending with a 24-hour supermarket and a pharmacy. I'm not saying that two cafes and SkiRent are located right in the house. I would also like to add that this year something unimaginable was happening in Upper Gudauri, namely, people were without water for weeks, thank God, we chose the RIGHT location and our apartments were not affected by this attack. Plus, the air here is not discharged as in upper nova Gudauri.Well, an important factor in favor of these apartments is the pricing policy - prices are higher in new Gudauri.We also stayed with Dmitry in Tbilisi for a couple of days in a three-room apartment (stylish design, cleanliness and order, in the center of Tbilisi), two people lived like in a mansion. He organized great tours of Tbilisi for us, we visited Georgian restaurants "not for tourists", he did EVERYTHING to show us Tbilisi through the eyes of a Georgian. We are just thrilled, thank you very much. In May, we will come to you to enjoy Tbilisi once again and I am sure it will not be the last time. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
