We stayed at this hotel in June! There was snow on the mountain tops, and the hotel was empty!) and deserted! Road repairs! Since the resort is considered a ski resort, I think it was just out of season! The restaurants are all open! Everything is delicious! The hotel is cool and modern! The lobby bar is sooooo stylish! The standard room is quite large, considering the large ski wardrobe in winter - a big plus is that there is a lot of space! Our room didn't have a balcony, but the view from the window is good! Very nice bed and mattress! White clean bed linen! Towels haven't been updated for a long time!) There are slippers and bathrobes! The pool is claaaass! The view is beautiful and the water is 32 degrees! Delight! View of the cable car! The pool is quite big and there are sun beds! Hammam and sauna with the most magnificent view! The receptionist, Nino, is a lovely girl, we left early and she ordered us a delicious lunch box for breakfast!)

Among the advantages: ski-in and ski-out, outdoor pool, in-hotel restaurant with delicious food. One of the disadvantages is the inconvenient location of equipment lockers (located between floors, you run up and down the stairs with skis). We rented an apartment. The cleaners don't work well. The owner of the apartment has been notified (perhaps the owners are not coming, they are not being tracked. And it's worth notifying them). There is a boiler in the room (there was not enough water). The reception staff is not friendly: when I asked about the location of something, they pointed out the direction with their fingers while chewing gum. The service in the restaurant is unsatisfactory: fuss, dissatisfied faces of the staff, once something was included in the bill that was not there (they allowed it after that), the second time I waited 10 minutes for the menu, then 10 minutes for the waiter to make an order, and waited a very long time for the dishes. About "did you like everything?" I don't say anything - it didn't happen.
