One of the advantages is access to the slope and a lift nearby.
The restaurant is expensive, but it's the same everywhere on the ski slope, there are no complaints about this
The apartments are mediocre. The water pressure is bad, the smell of sewage from the water and in the shower. The staff at the rest is super, and the reception and the maids are boors!
The slope is in terrible condition, not leveled, in the pits, the sand was rolled out all around, the snow was not laid. In the morning, the truck passed, this sand was leveled with snow-ride, kill yourself on the slope. The slopes are not marked in any way, nor are the trails. If you're driving, you don't know where you're going, whether it's red or blue
They were in the heyday of covid. Due to illness, I had to leave 3 days earlier, these days were paid for. The money was not returned, even partially, the situation was not smoothed out or settled in any way. They told me to write letters to the post office, but they still didn't return anything. There is no service
The impressions from both the hotel and the resort are disgusting, this is the worst ski resort we've been to

We had a family vacation on January 6-12, 2025. This is the second time in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great. I skied right out of the hotel in the morning and came back in the evening (you practically stop at Ski-depo)!!! The food (breakfast at the hotel) is excellent. The staff is beyond praise: friendly, friendly, caring, often with a good sense of humor (both at the reception and in the restaurant). Special thanks to the Administrator Nino. An absolutely professional employee, focused on a high-quality and complete solution to any issues that arise, whether it's postponing the booking date (the airline had problems), or problems with payments, etc. All our questions have been resolved!!! I was very pleased with the SPA area and the updated reception (after reconstruction). Thank you so much to all the staff, and SEE YOU SOON!!!

Convenient location. The rooms are clean. Good cleaning. The pool is very chlorinated. There are a lot of people in the spa. The hotel staff is trying very hard. There are many Russian speakers. The dinners are varied on the menu, the portions are huge. The breakfasts are full.

Excellent hotel in Gudauri, near the road and near the highway, the ski lift is just below, within walking distance.
The hotel has a spa (swimming pool, sauna, hammam) - a unique difference, it is good both in summer and in the off-season and in winter after a wheelchair.
The common spaces are great, beautiful, comfortable. There is a restaurant, the food is excellent. There is also a Pasanauri restaurant in the nearby hotel.
The apartments themselves need to be chosen carefully, there are enough dead.

A great place to stay in Gudauri.
- there is a private parking
- you can ski down to the ski lift almost from the entrance to the hotel
- there are very comfortable lockers on the 1st floor
- quite a decent restaurant and spa area upstairs
- very friendly and friendly staff
- the hotel itself and the rooms are very stylish, you can immediately feel the ski vibe)

The hotel is gorgeous like never before!
Private access to the descent, rooftop pool and spa. Breakfast is not the best, they do not want to fry scrambled eggs (but generally varied.
What we didn't like was that the restaurant ordered chkmeruli, but the ketz had breast instead of chicken! And there was no creamy taste with garlic, the dish was very spicy, but the waiter realized and quickly took this dish away!

A great hotel for its price! Convenient parking, a beautiful place with a great view. Right next to the hotel, about 150 meters away - you can take a cable car to admire the views, and in season it's generally a top! By the way, on the top floor there is an excellent Bar-Restaurant with access to the terrace, where wonderful landscapes open, and there is also a warm pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, wet steam room like a Hammam and even a massage room. The Loft hotel's finishing style, as the name suggests, is designed everywhere and in my opinion everything is chosen with taste and even with an idea)) Enjoy your stay

It's a harsh place, but you can spend the night (perhaps you've come across such a place)
There is a cafe in the same building (very tasty, but expensive, as everywhere else).
The elevator sometimes works.
There is hot water, cold water - very weak pressure.
There are bed linen, a couple of towels, kitchen, dishes.
Far from the lifts, there is a rental service.
After the wheelchair, you will not have the strength to carry the equipment to the room, take a rental right at the lift (although it is much more expensive).

There is one of the best hotels in Gudauta. There is a swimming pool, sauna, massage. Ski-in, ski-out. It is better to come in February so that everything is definitely in order with the snow.
